Mitch came out as scheduled, did the walk through, quoted a number that was higher than we were budgeting for. After talking further he made a call to the owner and we were able to sign a contract that fit our budget. This was mid Oct 2018 with an estimated install in 6 to 8 weeks. By mid Nov they had a crew out to the house installing the coverings. The only hitch was that the factory and omitted 2 small coverings for the bathroom windows. The company took care of getting them ordered and had an installer out before the end of the year. Great product, great service, will recommend them anytime! Special thanks to Mitch for getting us a fair price and to Carrie for the many followup calls regarding scheduling and installation. Huge thanks and kudo's to Jeffery T. He's the installer that came out to put in the mountings for the bathroom windows and wound up going over the entire house.
