I have one small window that needed a repair/replacement for my home in San Francisco. So I am asking for an updated quote as I removed the bars myself and then mentioned they would need to inspect the window now, which is fine. I send them my address based in San Francisco, and all the sudden: "We do not work in San Francisco." So a company called "GOLDEN BAY GLASS" does not work in San Francisco? ARE YOU BLOODY KIDDING ME? Where is the "Bay" in your name if you do not work in San Francisco?!? SAN FRANCISCO IS THE BAY! It's called the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA!
