They have a huge selection of brands and flavors and are always stocked up, the place is cool and organized and the staff is always so chill, Eddie in particular is my favorite! He always greets me with a smile and chats with me like long time friends , he gives great suggestions on vapes and flavors and sometimes just shoot the shit , he's chill and has good vibes he knows me as the Lauren London look a like lol , I use to go elsewhere for my vapes but now I come here all the time, another plus that I think is really cool is the loyalty stamp card! 10 stamps you get a free vape! I was desperate to buy some cigars during quarantine. I thought I was lucky not only to find this smoke shop to be open but to have a walk in cigar room. Alas I'm sad to say that I was very disappointed and offended. I will never return to this establishment and will do my best to discourage other from going. The clerk who attended me was very rude and unhelpful. He wanted me to take off my face mask while in the store after handle store products and money. Also he told me I shouldn't shave my beard. Upon being told this I told the clerk to not tell me how to have my facial hair, that it was not his business how I style my facial hair or anyone else for that matter. After this small dispute the clerk decided to raise the price of what I was purchasing claiming he'd made a mistake. I told him I no longer wished to purchase anything and struggled with the clerk to get my money back. read more

the worst customer service of any smoke shop in the area, dude had no chill. i came in for a 3 pack of novo 3 pods and he gave me a box with three pods (2 from the same pack, and one was completely unsealed and just thrown in the box). i checked inside the box before i got in my car and noticed the loose pod on top. when i came in and asked for a sealed pod the guy said "it doesn't make a difference" and i brought up my concerns about having a sealed, untampered product, especially when we live in a time where, yes, covid still exists and i,personally would prefer not to have my lips on something that some random guy had his hands all over. he gave me tons of attitude and was very rude and almost unwilling to give me a new pod. if it really "doesn't make a difference", and it's clear they have no problem separating pod packs, why not just sell it to the next customer whose willing to take an unsealed, possibly contaminated product? 0/10. will not be coming back here, i only came because i was nearby but the service is so bad i'd rather drive to Speedys Smoke shop (they have multiple locations in the valley and they always treat u like family, discounts for loyal customers, check them out :) ) read more

Don't waste you're time coming to this smoke shop I used to come to here all the time for my vape needs, but tonight changed my mind on coming here again. I went in to pick up a vape 1st the employee didn't let me test the vape after buying it to see if it was good, I went to my car in wrapped it and tested it. First hit it was dead I went beck and asked for an exchange and the employee insisted that it was not dead that he just got a new shipment. I even showed him that it was not working and he then tells me that there is nothing he can do and that there is no refund or exchange.
