Here's free advice for whoever is actually supposed to be managing this place: when a customer asks for something you don't immediately recognize, you don't shut the conversation down. You dig. You ask questions. You try to figure out what they want. You write it down so the owner (assuming there is one who gives a damn) can see what people are actually willing to pay for.
