They do not stand behind their products and do not exchange or refund even for defective merchandise. I went in to get a 510 battery for a vape cart, and the guy behind the counter recommended one, so I bought it. I charged the battery up and put a cartridge on, and it didn't work- it lit up like it was working, but it didn't heat the cart. I even tried another charger, which didn't change anything. No big deal, I thought, I'll just take it back. When I did, the guy behind the counter said since it turns on, no exchange or refund. The manager said the same but said they'd give me $5 off a new one, which means I'd pay $35 for a $20 battery. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. On a side note, there was a woman there that bought a vape mod that didn't work, and they told her the same thing as me. read more

Staff wearing mask, prices steep. Did not get good feeling for knowledge about products. Bought a smok rpm 80. After first use the pod leaked very bad. The salt pod works fine. I bought a new coil for the regular pod, and still leaked out the entire pod of oil in couple of hours. Went back to Buddiez smoke and Vape, and was told it must be my fault. Not willing to replace the pod with a new one, and was told I would have to buy a new one. I tried to explain that the pod is not working (sealing) properly, and was told the store does not care, and that if he contacted his boss he would get in trouble. I would not recommend this store for any of you needs. Was told at the "we can not help you". I will write off the malfunction of this pod, oil on my $50.00 shirt, and $50.00 pants, and I only wanted the pod replaced ($5.00), to the terrible customer service received this day.
