I have been going to only this tailor since 2014 and only had one incident where they almost lost my uniforms. Other than that, pretty decent service... until the incident below 2 weeks ago. I went in to get my rank insignia and service stripes replaced on my Dress Blue Coat as I had just been promoted and the Marine Corps Birthday Ball was in a month. They informed me it would take a week and I accepted, paid, and walked out. I picked-up my uniform a will late on Saturday and realized both rank insignias were crooked. I asked them to fix it, they said they would, and then told me to be back in 2 hours. When I showed up 2 hours later, the rank insignias were still crooked and it seemed the service stripes were also crooked; really weird considering they weren't before. He asked if it was ok, I stated no and told him I was going somewhere else to get them fixed. I had already asked once to get it fixed and I wasn't about to waste more time. I took them to a spot my mother recommended and the lady did a 2 day turnaround. Uniform looks amazing now, but unfortunately I found out what the issue was at the place I'm reviewing. I was informed that the insignias and stripes were not stitched but instead glued on. I paid $58 for them to glue those items on my Dress Blues!!! Ridiculous. I could have glued them myself if I wanted to do that, but what I really wanted was a professional tailor to stitch it appropriately; to do the job they advertise. Completely failed and they have lost a loyal customer. read more

I had to get a seersucker blazer altered for a wedding in Houston I was attending because the sleeves were too long and the blazer was a little tight when I initially bought it. I took it to this shop and the tailor said he could shorten the sleeves as well as let out the suit a little bit to give me more breathing room wearing it. That's all I needed to know because I really didn't want to have to buy another coat so he said he could have it done in a week's time as I had requested a date it had to be done by before I flew out to Houston. I came back on the day we agreed upon just hoping there wouldn't be a hiccup because I had to leave the following day and lo and behold, the coat was ready! I tried it on and it fit perfectly and looked really great! I even received a few compliments from a few patrons on how nice it looked. So appreciative of the timeliness and craftsmanship. If I needed more alterations in the future, this is the spot I'll be coming to. read more

Moshin is a super friendly, we'll spoken and professional guy who has been taking care of his locals for some time now. I was in a time crunch for a funeral service in Florida. Had a brand new suit that I needed adjustments (shortening sleeves on blazer and hemming pants.) walked in on Monday morning, said he could get it done in 24 hours even though my main focus was the pants. Walked in Wednesday morning the day of the flight and everything was ready, even the blazer. No one wlrse in the city could pull it off in time. Moshin did. He cares and his work is outstanding. Thanks again Moshin! There's also a dry cleaners a few doors down that is perfect for other articles to get done while stuff is tailored. Great location for these two. read more

I never go to dry cleaners as it has never been a thing for me to need. But recently I had to get a dress shirt shortened as the length was too long for my liking. Upon walking in, the man and the woman are both very nice people and very friendly. The man had no problem with helping me in finding my preferred length for the dress shirt and it was ready for pickup the next week after dropping it off. If you need tailoring/altering needs, I would say this is the place to go. Very cheap and professional in my opinion. read more

Took 2 trousers and one shirt. Had to bring everything back because it was done poorly. One of my trousers was the worst. I needed the hem to be fixed because they are too long. First time I got them one side was shorter than the other one. Brought them back to get them fixed for a second time and now the other side is longer than the other one and on top of that the thread that he sowed into my pants came off. I payed 20$ for nothing. It's a headache to come back to a store twice and leave again worse than when you came in. Because of this experience I don't recommend this place. I am frustrated. And this just one of my trousers my other 2 items also had issues but this one is the worse one. read more

I had recently made a large purchase of clothing online only for most of the items to not fit me correctly. Obviously a bit bummed out, I decided to seek out a tailor and boy was I happy to come here! I had called ahead of time to set up an appointment and the owner was extremely kind and simply told me to come in whenever I could despite my large number of items (about 10). When I had gotten to the store, I was kind of nervous due to the fact that I had so many things to tailor and I didn't want the total cost to come out to be over $250 (which is what I was expecting). Nonetheless, the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Dale who made me feel completely comfortable. While he was pinning my clothes, he would make sure to be careful about not excessively touching and apologized whenever he had to pull down to straighten the seems of my skirt or dress. He was extremely professional the entire time and I was in and out of the store within less than an hour that I arrived. I held my breath when he finished pinning all the clothing and calculated the total amount. I was nervous he'd say an absurd amount and I would have to say no after he'd worked tediously to pin my clothes. However, the price of his work was extremely affordable and way under the budget I had put inside my head. To pay less than $180 for 10 items was extremely lucky and almost a steal. I gladly accepted his price and was told that my clothes would be done by the following week Next week rolls around, I pick up my clothes and they all fit like a glove. I have a tendency to be unable to fit into some clothing that are size "small" and for once, I felt so excited and happy to finally have a few pieces that fit me so well. I would, and have been, recommending Dale's services to all of my friends about the amazing prices, professionalisms, and quality of work. I will be coming back in the future! read more

We were incredibly happy with the work and they were able to finish it in a few days because we had a deadline. The work was perfect, and so professional. Hands down the best tailor in Murrieta! I has a silk Tommy Bahama shirt I have not work in a number of year because the sewing at the top of the shirt pocket had come undone on one side causing the pocket to droop down on the unsewn side. I walk in a was greeted and asked what I could be helped with. I expected to leave the shirt on come back another day. He said "have a seat" fixed in within 2 minutes and when I asked what I owed him. He said nothing and to have a good day! What great service! I got married about 2 weeks ago and I was very last minute on my tailoring I was about a week away from leaving for vegas so I needed a strap that I purchased from David's bridal to add onto my dress... David's bridal charges rush fees on top of the regular fees for tailoring so I didn't feel like paying an arm and a leg for straps being added so I went with Murrieta tailoring. My husband needed his pants hemmed and so i took a chance and I'm so glad I did not only was it done flawlessly but my total came out to be $35 all together!!!! $10 for the hem and just $25 for My dress which is sooo reasonable!
