I admit that I have been forgetting to check in and to write this review for a while because I usually am so much more relaxed when I leave - I stop thinking of anything I need to do! Hayley is excellent at deep tissue massage and finding places I didn't even know were bothering me based on what I did know was wrong. She takes classes and continuing education classes to continue to expand her knowledge and add new techniques to her repertoire and she gives me helpful exercises and posture advice to try to keep me healthy in between sessions. There is plenty of parking space at her new location on 1221 W Ben White Blvd - when you get to the complex you want to head to the "B" side in the back. She is in the building closest to Banister lane, on the south side of the building. Her office is up a flight of stairs once you get inside. Just watch out when you are leaving as there is a stair right outside the door. She is great for ongoing maintenance or acute current pain treatment. Her rates are very fair, especially for the quality of massage you get. You can now book online through her website and you can buy a pack of 4 for a discounted rate.
