First we thought the team is knowledgeable about leasing retail spaces. They gave us high hopes about finding national tenants at initial meeting. So we decided to spend several thousand dollars to get the sketch ready. When we were ready to present the sketch to market the property they denied that they were not willing to market the property for us. Instead at this point they wanted us to spend another 100K before they can market the property. They took forever to return phone calls, voice mails or respond o emails. They just do not seem to care about the customers. This was the most unprofessional experience we've had with a company like this.
