I've been driving by the shop on Double Diamond for years and have seen the high end caliber of vehicles that Taylor and his team have visit their shop for work. I rolled in just before 8am for my appointment and Taylor and his team were all ready at work in the shop! Taylor welcomed me in and we decided on a tint for the Macan Turbo. Taylor took the keys and the tint job began immediately. This shop has one of the nicest waiting rooms in Northern Nevada. While waiting a new Ferrari 296 stopped by. Dream cars visit this place on the regular. The tint was installed quickly and when finished looked amazing! I highly recommend Taylor and his team for their work. After walking out to inspect my car, I realized the front windshield had not been tinted. I had paid $420 for only the four doors and the back window, which I assumed covered the entire car. When I went back inside, I was told the windshield was an additional charge. That should have been clearly explained upfront. On top of that, I was informed I would need to sign a waiver before they would tint the front windshield. To be fair, the quality of the tint job was good. However, their communication and transparency were extremely poor. Customers should not have to guess what is included in the price. Clear explanations about pricing, services, and requirements should be provided before the work begins." Good workmanship does not excuse misleading expectations and lack of communication.

He treats your vehicle like it's his own and takes great care not to damage anything. We had full ceramic tint done on our vehicles and PPF on the headlights and fog lights to one of the vehicle's.
