The "people" at the front desk have no customer service skills, the therapists (only basing this on one therapist) are very rude, and the office manager does not know how to make a return phone call. I can say that the doctor had a nice personality but that is the only positive feedback that I am able to provide. This place needs a complete overhaul of employees and practices. Be smart and choose another therapy practice.
