My review was based on my personal experience, and the refund request was for a separate canceled appointment. I expected the refund to be handled independently of any feedback I had left. I just sent a dispute to my bank regarding this charge. This merchant has a lot to improve on customer service experience. I'm sharing this so other customers are aware of how refund requests and review-related concerns were handled in my case. ---------------------------------------- The screenshots speak for themselves.
