It was so relaxing, and Jenny gave me the PERFECT pressure...she made sure to check in every now and then to make sure I was okay (I was falling asleep and jolted....i probably scared her, sorry!! LOL). The waiting area and the room itself was really really cute. There's candy and they offered tea or water after the service. I definitely plan to be back, and I know I will be requesting her! My review was based on my personal experience, and the refund request was for a separate canceled appointment. I expected the refund to be handled independently of any feedback I had left. I just sent a dispute to my bank regarding this charge. This merchant has a lot to improve on customer service experience. I'm sharing this so other customers are aware of how refund requests and review-related concerns were handled in my case. ---------------------------------------- The screenshots speak for themselves. I don't believe any customer should be treated this way.

The best lash studio in the area! I have been going there since august of last year & I will not stop. First they are super friendly & accommodating! They will do their absolute best to fit you in. Today was my first day with Makayla! She did an amazing beautiful job on my lashes ! She knew exactly what I wanted ! I will never go anywhere else !!!! Lash techs are Very gentle and caring. I have sensitive eyes but the lash glue they use never bothers my eyes. Location is so convenient and cost is very reasonable. What made the experience worse was having to go back and forth with management and technician speaking their native language between themselves and me practically begging for more volume. I was repeatedly told that my lashes "can't hold" volume, even though I regularly get 4D - 5D volume sets from other places and they hold perfectly fine for 2-3 weeks every time. The technician kept insisting it was impossible instead of listening to what I requested as a client. The technician was also being rude when she told me if I don't like it she will just remove the lashes and I can leave. I still thanked her several times and was extremely polite, I left her a good tip but I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for actual volume lashes or if you expect management to be receptive to customer concerns. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I want to clarify that the technician assessed my lashes BEFORE starting and even showed me a reference photo of a 4D volume set saying that WAS THE LOOK I would be getting. If my lashes truly could not support that style, that should have been communicated BEFORE the service began -- not only after I expressed disappointment with the final result. The explanation about my lashes "not being able to hold volume" directly contradicted BOTH what I was promised during the appointment and my consistent experience getting 4D-5D sets elsewhere.

Do let them know you have a deal because some of the technicians do not take the deal. The lash studio is located at the cul de sac of Forbes Road. The studio is all open so don't expect a private room. You're going to be in there with other ladies chatting it up. They also do spray tans there too. Irene was pretty cordial and talkative. She asked me what I wanted which was to go a little shorter than the lashes I already had on. She was kind enough to remove some of the ones that were growing out and went ahead on replacing them. She was amazed that the lashes I had were C curl since they were starting to straighten out. I guess they straighten out? The whole thing took about 50 minutes and my lashes started to look like normal again instead of looking sparse. Irene's been doing this for 10 years, so she has plenty of experience. My retouch was done over a week ago and they've held up a lot longer than the original set I got at another place. Lash retouches are normally $50.
