It wasn't like other blowouts where you find a look in their magazine to mimic but she was open to any photos I had! I also got full makeup for my engagement photos! I knew I wanted a natural look but she had me find a photo online for inspiration so she knew exactly what to do. She did a wonderful job!!! It was drug-store makeup but turned out great and she made sure to use the correct shades for my skin. She gave me fake lashes too. She even touched up my blow out at the end to make sure it was fresh. She made sure I knew to tell her if I didn't like something. I'm not sure who I texted with as they never asked my name or gave me theirs. I booked a 10am appointment the day before my trip and the woman opening the place was late. She came in with no acknowledgement of me, on a very loud phone call and unlocked the door. She stayed on the phone while I had a seat in the waiting area and continued to open the salon. After about 10 mins she finally spoke to me asking if I was here for a spray tan (still had her cell phone to her ear) then she went back to finally set up the spray tan area. The whole process was very quick and when I mentioned a cover for my white nail polish she brushed it off and told me they would be fine. Surprise! My manicure was ruined with a brown stain over them. She did not give me a full coverage spray and even after I told her this was only my second time being sprayed gave me no advice or care. The tan itself was not done well. She had a dirty towel she used with the spray machine and could barely work it when we were starting. At the end she put a fan on me and told me to wait 20 seconds and get dressed and was out the door before I could ask a question! Horrible service. Horrible experience. Horrible tan. For $50 I expect a lot more than what I got and will definitely be going anywhere else from now on.

When she contacted the staff shortly after her visit, they were very short, extremely unhelpful and said they had no idea who tanned after her, tanned that day nor who cleaned the bed after she left but would look around. When we called back again, they said the checked the cameras and never even saw my daughter come in or out (however when I spoke to the regional manager, the story changed) and nothing nor no one found anything. The police are now involved and I will continue to explore ever avenue in hopes to find it. Although my daughter should have been more responsible, I was told by the regional manager people leave things quite often (rings, wedding bands, etc) but they never saw her necklace (there is No way one could miss it... see photo) It is very unsettling how the manager and staff handled the situation and their lack of compassion towards what was stolen is so disheartening. I have a membership at PBT in Ohio and every time I go in, the staff always ask me if they found it.
