Sydney was friendly, but she spent so much time talking during the appointment that the wax was left on longer than it should have been. I've had enough Brazilian waxes over the years to know the difference between normal post-wax sensitivity and a service that didn't go right. The result was severe burning and discomfort that has continued for more than a week. This wasn't a little redness or minor irritation. More than a week later, the discomfort still has not fully gone away, and I've never experienced anything like this after a Brazilian wax before. I also attempted to contact management afterward to discuss the situation and request a refund, but I was unable to reach a manager or get clear information about when one would be available. Unfortunately, between the outcome of the service and the lack of follow-up, I will not be returning.

She was patient in looking at my request, worked with me on HOW we would accomplish the cut, was flexible/easygoing and an overall joy.
