Yo, so this place sets the fuckin' standard for service. There's flawless efficiency, and it shows during rush moments when a line forms. The food, although commonplace around the genre, served as a fine addition to an otherwise lackluster day. I heavily recommend the Vietnamese Coffee, if you're tired of the crap from Starbucks. As for a snack, get the popcorn chicken, and have it with their "spicy mayo", it'll blow your mind (and probably your taste buds). Their loyalty program is pretty sweet, although commonly seen, with the buy 10, get 1 on a stamp card that they hand to you after you buy a drink, I can see myself making some heavy use of this card. Now for the customer service, this is where they shine the best. They're flawless in their delivery of customer service, and just spending 5 minutes in there showed that to me. They always welcomed customers coming in, despite whatever they're doing, and they always wish them well, and thank them on the way out. Courteous staff and the pretty drinks. They are pretty but I'm not quite sure that they have the balance quite right in the pink matcha. First off, do you remember the strawberry Nesquik syrup? That's what the pink part tastes like. Milk and strawberry syrup. Brings me back to my childhood when I sipped it. With that said, the matcha is so strong that it's bitter. I love matcha and even make my own matcha latte at home. So, a hint of bitterness is good matcha but overpowering is a balance issue. Even when you mix the two parts together, I did not like how bitter this drink tasted. First time here today. Great service. Got my four drinks pretty quick. Cute place. I wish you were able to adjust sweetness level like other places. The blue coco (4/5): refreshing during hot days. Slightly too sweet for my preference. You can almost taste the syrup. I like the coco bites though. Ube latte (1/5): it was milky to the point of being bland and i couldnt really taste the ube. Truly a fan of the place. Drinks are better than average, and what gets me is that the flavor is consistent every time I order the same item. There is a good variety of drinks (not too much to the point that it is difficult to make a decision). The interior of the shop is nicely decorated. This is definitely a place that I would enjoy just sitting down with friends. However, certain drinks do have an odd amount of sweetness to them. It is fairly sweet if the level is not adjusted or slightly watered down when you lower the sweetness. An example is the matcha flavors. A great coffee place to come to socialize, you can study too if you don't mind people socializing around you. They also have a variety of food to snack! This matcha is the real deal! I got a matcha milk tea without any toppings because I just wanted to taste the flavor since they claimed to use ceremonial matcha. They allowed me to adjust the sweetness down to 25%, which is noteworthy because other boba shops in the area have told me that the sweetness is predetermined by whatever matcha mix they use. The drink came out fairly quickly and was aesthetically unmixed; when I tried it, the matcha flavor was perfectly grassy and a bit bitter, the way matcha should be. I'm Vietnamese and the Vietnamese coffee didn't taste Vietnamese. The boba is really soft and not very chewy, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. The popcorn chicken tastes good but needs to be cut better. They were more like wannabe chicken strips gone wrong kinda cut. The kimchi fries were not worth mentioning.. supposedly there was bacon in it but i think they just looked like bacon bits. They did not even taste like fake bacon lol. This is a nice and cute store with modern design. We came here because we saw high ratings on google. We ordered charcoal matcha, pink matcha, and olong matcha. Those are popular drinks here. They were not sweet compared to other stores. I think the lowest sweet level they have is 40%. The also have a clean restroom which I really like. But you need to ask for a code to access restroom. I saw a recommendation from my food group, I decided to try it out of curiosity. Came today with my boyfriend, we chose the galaxy lemon tea and the pink matcha. Cost about $10+ tax together. The pink matcha is delicious! The smoothness of the matcha is completely different from other boba or tea shop. From talking to owner of the store, they whisk it with the bamboo whisk, giving it the right smoothness. The flavor were subtle but lasting. The pink matcha comes in a cup with pink at the bottom and green at the top, I recommend to mix it to get a sweet taste over all, unless you want the separation of sweet and bitterness of the matcha to stay distinct. For the galaxy lemon tea, it comes in a purple (top) and yellow (bottom). It's a jasmine tea with a hint of lemon tartness. I love the way the jasmine tea aroma just linger in your mouth after you take a sip. The balance between tart and bitterness is great. Plus side, the place is great for aesthetic photos. And there are plenty of seats and game to play. Do come and try out a new style of drinks. That taste and looks delicious! read more

I love trying new tapioca places. I feel like I've seen every type of concoction and topping, but when I came into this tapioca spot I noticed creme brulee was an add on! This did not disappoint. I order the taro milk tea, 25% sweet with a creme brulee. I don't like my drinks overly sweet and the addition was a right amount of balance of creaminess and richness. The ladies behind the counter were so kind enough to give me a sample of the creme brulee. Tbe atmosphere is bright, clean and cheerful. I'll be coming back to try other items on the menu. read more
