Kim is quite gentle and helps clients feel relaxed. Before the appt, Kim had a consult call with me on length and styles to go for the look I wanted. This was my first time getting lashes done. I had a slight sinus reaction, maybe since I'm not used to anything being near my eyes for so long or the glue. I think it was more my body than anything the tech was doing. My eyes got a bit watery and red during install but it wore off an hour after. The results were worth it.

She said there were photos on Instagram and I told her I would pick. The $145 was called the "classic" and I don't remember the name of the others. I couldn't find any photos of the $195 version so when I went in I told them I wanted the classic. First of all, the whole process took 2 hours. And then they charged me $195 and said that's what they told me when I booked. No they didn't. Then these lashes lasted the shortest time of any I've ever had and they were extremely itchy which I've never experienced before.
