The employees are kind, considerate, and always have a smile on their faces. Our is almost always correct. If it isn't, they fix without any problem or "attitude". I do think they can be a bit slower than other Starbucks I go to, but not enough to which I wouldn't go there or complain about it...hence still 5 stars. The food and drinks are classic Starbucks. Gotta give it up to them for consistency. They have a large seating area and we love to get coffee and sit in their cozy chairs. The store is clean and not over crowded. Their drive-thru is also very convenient. Plenty of parking in the lot.
