I experienced accelerated growth through the program by Rick Snow. He truly cares about his students. The program structure and direct feedback helped me tremendously. I can't believe I played my first gig last weekend! The school for all ages and is a fun environment, very conducive for learning any type of music. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

I went to Taylor's Music Store intent on purchasing a vintage Martin D-28. I asked Len…read more(President/Owner) for some help looking the guitar over. I am still a beginner in the guitar game, but I am very particular to the "sound" that a guitar makes. I like the sound of a guitar with rich base tones, which was why I was checking out the Martin. For whatever reason, I just wasn't hearing the sound that I was expecting. Given his experience, Len understood what I was looking for, and showed me a brand-new Yamaha TransAcoustic TA3 Grade all solid wood guitar. Talk about a complete 180 from the vintage Martin, but as soon as Len started playing on the Yamaha, game over, I was sold! The guitar has an internal speaker that sounds amazing and features a built-in loop option. Not only that, but the guitar sounds amazing with the electronics turned off! The new Yamaha was a couple of hundred dollars less than the vintage Martin and came with a lifetime warranty! No brainer! After purchasing my new Yamaha, and per Len's advice, I returned to have the guitar tech at Taylor's adjust the action to better suit me, free of charge! Ordering is simple and can be done directly on their website. You can pick the meat, size, and delivery date. If you have any other needs, you can add them to the notes section and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. We placed our order 2 weeks before our event and the pig arrived on the Thursday before our weekend roast. The pig was wrapped and packaged with care. It was still frozen and easy to thaw. We followed the clear directions and placed the pig in a cooler with ice. The pig was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little prep work that we had to do prior to placing the pig onthe firepit. We ordered a 50lb pig, and the pig we recieved was the perfect weight. We had Stryker Farm remove the feet and butterfly the pig for is. The pig cooked like a dream. It was very delicious! We will continue to order our pigs from them in the future.

False Advertising and Poor Customer Service - Avoid Renting Here I had an awful experience with this store. On October 3rd last year, I visited, hoping to rent instruments for a 4-month contract, with the idea that I could rent again in the spring if needed. However, the salesperson completely misled me. He falsely claimed that if I rented for 10 months, I would get to keep the instrument free for the summer. I trusted this and proceeded with the rental. I paid the full amount in-store for my rental, thinking everything was squared away. But to my surprise, I started seeing unexpected charges of $43.46 on my credit card. When I returned to the country, I contacted the store to clarify. The manager then blindsided me, saying I should have renewed by June 1st to receive the promised free summer rental - a condition that was never mentioned before. Instead of offering to fix the situation, I was told to return the instrument immediately, which I did that same evening. The worst part? No one followed up. After waiting 10 days with no communication, I contacted customer service again. I spoke with Jorge, who said he couldn't process a refund and would escalate the issue to his supervisor. I was given a refund request number and promised a follow-up within 24 hours. That follow-up never came. In the end, I lost both my money and the chance to renew the instrument because of false advertising and horrible customer service. This store not only misled me but also completely failed to take responsibility. Do not trust them - they're clearly more interested in squeezing extra charges out of customers than in being honest. With having a marketing background, I know that word of mouth can have the biggest impact on a business and keep other cusumers safe. read more

I have been in to Music & Arts on more than one occasion and I have had great experiences every visit! I dealt with an associate named Jason Farley. Jason as well as the rest of the staff I have dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Not a bad selection and price points either. They can order what you need if its not in stock just ask. I have noticed a lot of happy students coming out of the lesson rooms and have met and spoke with a few teachers, who were cool and easy to talk with. This store is friendly, knowlegable, and more than willing to help with the student band program at the local school. The employee knew exactly what we'd need (book, reeds, etc) and took extra time to explain other items in the store. Employees are nice and very helpful. I called to order 3 high quality guitar stands one time, and I was speaking with Josh who noticed that the same company made a triple guitar stand that had all the same features for a lower price than buying 3 single stands (saving me around $60). read more

We've been to several recitals and based on the kids' performances I am sure that's true of all the Pineapple teachers. Not only do the students perform in two recitals a year but there are often community concerts in local nursing homes and special classes on things like composing, etc. I would be amiss if I also didn't mention that the convenience of not having to leave home for the weekly lesson is a huge plus!

The workers gave great instruction on how to make sure the pottery comes out of the kiln nicely (three coats!). The color of your pot when you paint it will not be the same colors as after firing. Be sure to reference the colors on the wall and not what you see as you paint! The environment was peaceful too and very clean too. The pick up process took less than two minutes and we received a $15 voucher for our return. I will be returning next time I need an indoor activity with a friend!
