(It had been so long since the last tuning that, alas, that was necessary.) I trust Marianne to know what's best for a piano so readily agreed to another visit in three (instead of the customary six or 12) months because she knows these instruments well. In addition to being punctual, diligent, and very reasonable, she is a friendly soul with whom you can discuss music, dogs, and probably a lot more.

I gave the customer service number a call and they said "its not covered the website is wrong." I'm a small business owner and it doesn't matter - its considered false advertising and i even showed them the website. They could have clearly made the website different if they didn't want to cover lost items but would cover stolen items. Also its a good idea to listen to when they actually would cover their stolen items - you would need to file a police report and they don't cover it if it happened in some locations vs others. I will not be doing business with them again as I don't trust them. We were optimistic, even excited, at first but immediately my son said he wasn't challenged or engaged by the teacher. My son had a fever the night before his second class so I called first thing in the morning to reschedule. They didn't call me back until when our class was originally scheduled, 1pm and said we would forfeit the class unless we did virtual. Too short of notice and definitely not professional. We canceled and should have taken the advice of two other friends who said they had negative experiences here, too.
