I was uncomfortable with my young children being in that kind of environment. This place is bright and feels very safe. I am very happy I found Music & Arts!

It took nearly four weeks for the instrument to finally return--and it still wasn't repaired. Communication was disorganized at every step, and no one seemed to take responsibility. To make matters worse, I was charged another rental fee even though I had returned the instrument about a week before the four-week due date. When I raised the issue, the store manager told me to call customer service myself, and it turned out their system never properly processed my return. This was a complete waste of time, with poor communication, constant delays, and billing problems that the store should have handled. If you need a reliable instrument repair or rental, avoid this location.

I don't know what happened to the item after it was returned but I have my proof of my return and it's still not enough. I should not be liable for whatever happened to the rental after it was returned. I file a claim with my bank (pending). Now I am being told I can be sent to collections if the issue is not solved. This was not only discouraging but completely disregarded where I actually was in my learning journey. I also reached out to let her know I was going through a period of grief and needed a more supportive, stress-free approach to learning. To top it off, she sent -- and then quickly unsent -- a message implying our lessons wouldn't continue, because her teaching style was "too fast" for me and suggested I find another teacher. Beware: the contract includes a no-refund policy, so getting your money back is not an option once you've paid. A good instructor meets students where they are, adapts to their needs, and treats them with respect regardless of age or pace.
