The biggest let down was I'm pretty sure it was just spaghetti noodles and not actual ramen. The right noodles make all the difference. The onigiri was pretty good. Would not order the kimchi chicken again, would definitely recommend the crunchy garlic pork, but I wish there was a vegetarian option for those too. It was pretty cold out when I stopped by (December), so I liked the hot tea/coffee options (all canned). The matcha latte was the perfect size for me and surprisingly not too sweet! So overall - was it the best ramen I've ever had? No. But also far from the worst. It exceeded my expectations for a small town AL ramen food truck. I'll definitely stop by again on one of my trips through.
