We then had a few more consultations with DJ TN as he walked us through the timeline, music selection, and MC services. The website had a lot of forms to fill out which helped us stay organized for items such as music playlists, bridal party/family names, and special dances etc. DJ TN helped us navigate through our timeline and coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator to ensure everything was seamless and naturally transitioned throughout the event. He also gave us great suggestions on bridal entrance ideas, and how to open the dance floor without making it feel awkward. He was professional throughout the entire process and reduced the amount of stress while we were working with over a dozen vendors. During the ceremony, he had us mic'd up and the amplified audio was perfect without having any issues. The reception was no different, with excellent audio quality while also MC'ing to keep guests attentive while we were whisked away for photos. During open dance, the combination of high quality speakers, LED uplighting, and music selection really kept everyone engaged and ended the night on a positive note. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

After we signed the contract, DJ Jeremy and his business partner and wife Jeannine sent over comprehensive guides of what they needed from us prior to our wedding date. It was very helpful to have organized requests and made it easy to share everything I was envisioning for wedding day, from ceremony music to cake cutting music to of course the dance floor music. He was extremely detail oriented, double checking with us on the exact timing of some of our selected songs (e.g. playing a song right as we had our first kiss). On the day of, it was so nice to hear all the fun music we chose throughout the day, like for cocktail hour and dinner.
