Excellent store and knowledgeable staff. I wish I lived closer because I'd be there every day!

Great store. Very nice and helpful staff. If your car battery dies in their parking lot they'll help you out... that good.

There aren't too many places in the world any longer that you can call perfect. People are in a…read morehurry, they have a lot on their minds, life is brutal and ugly, and parking is a nightmare. Happily, Casino Guitars is like a great, large, lumbering dinosaur of goodness and virtue that bestrides the land like a Colossus of All That Is Still Right In This World. It is Camelot made real in the 21st century, located in the Sand Hills of North Carolina. Ensorcelled by their Youtube chemistry, I drove down to their shop, opened the door and there stood Jonathan, his beard resplendent in the store lighting, working diligently on the store computer. He looked up and said hello and I saw to it that he did not get one single solitary bit of work done for the next 60 to 90 minutes. I was curious about perhaps purchasing a Martin guitar and Jonathan basically walked me through the entire Martin product line, answering every question in a manner so direct and unencumbered with jargon that even a simple old codger such as myself could grasp the meaning of his words. Long story short (and there is much more to the story, oh gentle reader, much more indeed) I left with a solid mahogany Martin that will surely last for generations to come. Casino's mantra is "we want you to get the right guitar", and they did that in a manner that seemed to be effortless, and yet it spoke to the quality of the people who own the store and the people who labor there. They take joy in their work, and it is reflected in their words and deeds. I give them five stars because yelp will not let me give them many, many more. Take a chance and trust me on this: You MUST peregrinate to Casino Guitars at least once in your life. Your soul will thank you.

The point is, these workers never even speak to you if you walk in or help you unless you have a 3 piece suit on. They must associate clothing with money. Even though I own most of the Gibsons and Martins they have in the store. I've learned and spoke to others as well. I will NEVER buy a guitar or anything small to a pick from this store. Horrible customer service, and to be honest just disrespectful to people who would buy something from them.

They didn't even tell me that they had problems. Recently, after saying I'd be taken care of over the phone and shaking my hand when I arrived to the store, he handed my amp over to a new hire who gave me a laughable quote for the sell. Caleb was his name, I'm pretty sure. Good luck to anyone visiting this spot. (I've never had a problem dealing with Juan though).

I'm like ok maybe he's having a bad day.. no worries ! Then after 20 min or so I find a guitar for her, on my own. I'm carrying it around looking for a strap for the guitar.. I ask the employee cause I see no prices.. "are all these straps the same price ?" He chuckles and says "oh no not at all" and walks away.. so I find the price on my own.. pick one out and grab some picks.. I'm headed to the counter and the same guy who said Oh No and walked off approaches me and says " hey is that a used Yamaha? " I say "yes " he says "oh I have some terrible news" I say oh yea what's that? He says "it just sold on line " smfh I just handed him everything in my hands and walked the fuck out steaming mad.. I would have been out of here if anyone would have helped me.. I'll never return .. I'll share my experience with everyone I can .. and I'll never recommend this place to anyone ever.. I wish I had 2 more hands to give this place 4
