For the cost of an hourly rehearsal space, each of the three times we tried to come here, AT LEAST 30 minutes of our time was spent with the owner setting up a mixer and cables, etc. which SHOULD'VE been done prior to us getting there and prior to us paying. On top of that, when I asked for XLR cables or music stands, I got a side eye and attitude. Each time we went he charged us a little more until finally on the third time, charged us per head (even someone who just came in to use the bathroom) and said that he was giving us a "discount" on what the price should've been. Paid about $65 the first time and paid about $130 the third time. How does that make sense at all for the same space and same amount of people?? Please save yourself the time and money. This small rehearsal room is not worth what they're charging for it.

Central to LA. 24 hour access is crucial for late night gigs. Jay, the manager, is a chill guy. He'll get on your ass if you disrespect the place like leave garbage in the lobby or break the rules, but he looks out for everyone and has always been reasonable. The spot is great to store your gear, have meetings, rehearse your music, record and produce music during quite hours, and make connections. It gets hot in the summer, but the rooms have AC. Overall this place is a gem. It has allowed me to grow my music, my business and my brand.
