You could put requests in and it was honestly a really fun night! They keep the bar clean, always removing empty glasses, napkins and constantly moving to clear the bar and small tables. They have a water station at the end of the bar and really make sure it's always full. What they don't tell you on your ticket or at all is that the front one is first-come first-served and once they run out of wristbands, anyone with a GA ticket is sent to the back. I had no idea about this. We came straight from work, and I went inside while my husband parked the car and got a wristband and the process was explained to me. I tried to show the tickets to get one for my husband so he wouldn't be stuck in the back, and they wouldn't give it to me. I called him and he ended up sprinting and getting one of the last wristbands. Nobody should pay for (and look forward to) up close and personal pit tickets, only to end up in the farthest seats in the venue. Especially with no communication about how it works. This is beyond infuriating and makes absolutely no sense. They should just sell two separate GA sections.
