However, there's a massive selection and the markdowns are generally significant (about 25-50% off). Since it's not busy, you can feel relaxed and get help with an associate when you need it. The prices are good and even though the prices are marked down from original, they are still negotiable! A few months ago we were looking for our breakfast room furniture band now for a TV credenza, both time they had a few stuff, but nothing we really liked. Upon pick-up, only one of the chairs was assembled and the other was unassembled in a box (which was surprising for a ~$600 chair). The upholstery job on the assembled chair was poor (obvious creases; uneven padding/stretching), the fabric was stained, and the chair wobbled. We pointed this out, so they said they would try to fix it and assemble the second chair (at our request). It took a few weeks for them to 'fix' the issue, but upon our receiving the two chairs we noticed that one chair chair still wobbled and the upholstery job was still horrible. We called the store to discuss and were told that they could not guarantee that the chair could be fixed nor could they give us a full refund. I have dealt with a lot of furniture companies, but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is essentially a lose-lose situation for the customer when dealing with Cozy Living. They offer poor quality furniture (at inflated prices), they do not back their products and they will keep a 25% "re-stocking fee" if you return their defective furniture. I ended up returning the chairs because I was so unhappy with the quality and was forced to forfeit ~$300 to this company for nothing. Oh, and they also asked us to pay for cleaning one of the defective chairs because it got a small mark on it in the process of us bringing it back to the store. The poor quality furniture, poor customer service and poor after sales support is their business practice by design. Therefore, I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

What a horrendous experience from the start. When I arrived home with my mattress I notice that there was a massive piece of wood stuck in the side of the mattress. Paul Makur didn't want to do anything with the damage - he mentioned that it won't have a negative effect on the performance of the mattress . Ok so now we are 7 months into sleeping on the mattress and the side of the mattress is bulging out. I called Paul and he asked me to drive the mattress to him and he will have someone evaluate it. I told him that I need something to sleep on and how can I bring a mattress to him if I don't have a delivery truck. Paul told me that he will give me a bag to put on the mattress! How ridiculous is this. So I have to sleep on the floor until he gets a representative to visit during a global pandemic. We asked for a refund and told him to deal with the manufacturer seeing as he was the store and I bought from him - this is what Sleep Country would do. My wife tried speaking with him and he said that he is not giving us any refund for a defective and probably not authentic mattress! Our family had dealt with Paul Makur for over 20 years and spent hundreds of thousands in his store and this is how he values our business. HomeSense stores have brand name merchandise for any room in your home including art, furniture, lighting and rugs. The consumer target market is drop-in customers as you can't shop on-line (...which is currently the case). On any given week they can stock a product you may never see stocked again. Other HomeSense stores may not have the same product on hand. If you like it, then I suggest you buy as you can always return it if you change your mind. They say customer service, the AI system of Ashley really sucks when trying to do a claim or warranty. They waste so many hrs over days and multiple multiple calls. Go elsewhere if you want customer service, warranty and a decent product. The Indian drivers they did not know I could understand them, were talking smack throughout the delivery. Delivery supervisor is a joke also. Doesn't return calls. But acknowledged the failure in the delivery team.
