This office is busy and they seem to know what they're doing. The reason I'm not giving it five stars is because Their cleaning seemed a little lax for my liking. The receptionist asked us to take a seat and not stand as I had requested, I intern asked if I could wash the seat off before I sat in it as someone had just left it. I also think the cleaning of the donation beds should be better in between clients. The one tech asked me why I cared so much and I told him there was a pandemic and I am a nurse and I care. I think they were glad when I left.

I usually participated in drives out in CA since there aren't many freestanding centers such as this one that are open everyday. This place and the staff are amazing and inviting. The center is clean and comfortable, and they go out of their way to make me feel appreciated for giving both my time and blood. I donated platelets for the first time ever at this center and that went very well. Though it is a two arm procedure that takes a few hours, the kind staff covered me in blankets and put on a movie for me with headphones. I also donated double red (power red) blood for the first time at this location and the staff were very attentive and helpful with that donation as well. Keep up the good work!
