Second, I made an appointment online and then waited while walk-ins were taken ahead of me. Last and final straw, when I walked in I was told to complete an application. I asked if this was needed for ink fingerprints because I am not there for a Live Scan. I was told rudely, "everyone needs to complete one." Then when I handed over the application and showed my INK fingerprint cards they said we don't do that here. Complete waste of time and rude and unorganized at that.

Employees are not properly trained and have no customer service skills. Posted on the door it says wear a mask. Not one employee was in a mask. I was there in July to do finger printing and the cost was $54.00. I sent a household member to get theirs done in August and it had increased by $2.00. The increase had not been posted on their website as of August 10th, 2022. They have lost my business.
