Tours are 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of the tour and questions that we may have. Tours are also in many different languages. A fun interactive tour, see pictures. Not busy today, so it was almost a private tour. Good to learn about the history, the making of their perfumes, etc. Ambiance - Several factories, not sure if the one we visited was their main one...? This one is of good size. We also visited a few of their retail locations; see other reviews. Easy access. Parking, tour buses, etc. Clean free toilets. Open daily. Service - 5 stars, from the tour team to all the sales people. Workshops available; see their website. Price - Tourist prices, but they still made good gifts. Loads of choices -perfumes, eau de toilettes, soaps, lotions, and more! We purchased a perfume, and a couple of eau de toilettes, all of which were wonderful, and reasonably priced. I really like how they sell large "bulk" versions of some of their Eau de toilets. I ended up picking up a reasonably priced bulk bottle for about ~80 Euro, and then purchased a small spray bottle for about 10 Euro. If you do buy their spray bottle, just know that the inner bottle opening is small, so you may need to use a funnel to fill it without spilling. We loved Fragonard so much, we ended up shopping at the Nice Airport store as well. Prices at the airport were the same as in-store, which is great. Thanks again to Ana for answering all of our questions and providing excellent service. Also, thank you for the samples!!! If you're coming to Ezé, be sure to stop by. Visiting Grasse and attending the perfume making class at Molinard was absolutely one of our…read morefavorite things that we did in France while attending the Cannes Film Festival. Our instructor was top notch and it was so much fun learning how to actually make a fragrance from the ground up. I would strongly recommend and love the fact they keep your fragrance on file. Our class was intimate with four people and we've gotten nothing, but compliments from friends & family with the fragrances we bought as well. Doesn't matter if you're going by yourself or in a group, you will have a lot of fun attending! Thank you for helping us create some amazing memories.

Montale Paris is a fragrance house known for its bold intensity, high concentration, and Middle Eastern influence blended with French perfumery. Montale perfumes are designed to make an impression and linger long after the first spray. One of Montale's defining qualities is its the long lasting smell. Most fragrances are rich in oud, rose, amber, vanilla, musk, or spices. A little goes a long way. Packaging is minimalistic...the aluminum can protects the perfume from light. The promise of antique instruments brought me here on a rainy day in Nice, and I was not…read moredisappointed! While located in the old town part of Nice, the exterior of this museum is rather unassuming compared to what one might imagine when reading the description "17th century Baroque villa." The facade of stone walls and Juliette windows blends into the buildings around it and the museum sign isn't striking from a distance so you're apt to miss it if walking quickly past on the street. The museum has several floors, accessible by staircase, I don't recall seeing an elevator. The ticket room is directly to the left upon entry, €5 per adult ticket, though I'd separately purchased the €15 Nice museum pass which grants entry to 10 municipal museums over the course of 3 days. There is no air conditioning and minimal heating apparently--it was about 45 degrees F when I arrived in pouring rain, hoping to warm up inside, and instead I was greeted with a damp chilliness that followed me from outdoors. A few of the rooms with closed doors on the second floor were slightly better. The exhibits when I was there included a special feature on the 1st floor of the Trachel siblings (Dominique, Hercule, Joseph, Fanny) who were artists and their patron Charlotte de Rothschild, and their core collection of fascinating and mostly outmoded stringed instruments. Though I'm neither a musician or history buff, something about seeing the predecessors of current instruments as we know them gives an exciting glimpse into the sounds and sights of music and entertainment from European days gone past. While the people who once created and played these instruments are no longer here, their legacy remains in these impeccably crafted emblems of their time. Given the fairly small size of this museum you could easily walk in and out in 45min to 1 hour. Hours are 10-6 everyday except closed on Tuesdays and major holidays. There are bathrooms located on the ground floor.

Being so appalled she bought the grounds and the rest is history. Those same trees still stand today and they are magnificent There were also lots of orange trees, a lovely garden, original Renoir paintings within the house, family photos, and a nice film featuring Jean Renoir talking about growing up on the estate, and a few with Renoir himself painting in his wheelchair and surrounded by friends. Doing what you love for your whole life is definitely something to which we should all aspire Be sure to stop by!
