My wife, myself, our son, daughter-in-law and five grandchildren (21, 10, 6, 2, and new born) were experiencing engine problems on a stormy day with our 2021 Newmar Dutch Star. We were returning home from Owings, MD. On June 19, we were assisted by a Cummins mobile technician on the evening of the Juneteenth holiday. He advanced the diagnosis of our problem, It seemed like a sensor issue. But further diagnosis was required. Fortunately we broke down near not just a Cummins Service shop, but this one in Cross Lanes West Virginia. What a model for professionalism and customer service. The mobile driver offered a safe place to boondock over the night close to the Cummins service shop, away from traffic. Those of us that wouldn't fit in the mini-van we were towing stayed back so further diagnosis and service might allow us to get home with the RV, and not have to abandon it, and have family travel to pick the rest of us up. The next business day we were graciously received and made comfortable in the waiting room, while our RV was further evaluated to diagnose our problem. We were allowed to keep our 8lb dog with us who received many pettings and compliments. We were offered water and restroom facilities while we waited. Luckily the problem, when found, was easy to fix. The service team was able to determine the original purchase date (we are second owners) and provided that information to us in case it was a warranty issue. They also told us to remember that the warranty expires on May 3, 2026. After a thorough diagnosis and troubleshooting procedure, they found the needed parts from a local NAPA dealer. They provided other suggestions related to reaching out to Newmar about something that might fix the problem in the future. An extra blessing was being invited to share in their company staff's pitch-in lunch. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed eating lunch with them right before we left to make the drive home. This level of service to help us get home, the warm welcome, and sharing will never be forgotten. This shop has real people helping real people in real time.

Needed a new intake manifold sensor. Not under warranty but an overnight and part on hand so by 9:30 am we are back on the road. Highly recommended.

The walls were stipped to the studs, and there is a full unfinished basement, so it was easy access. Still, i paid him over $9200.00. He did very good mostly, until I asked him to correct the placement of a dishwasher outlet. For a fee he would. I already paid someone else to move the outlets for the range and the microwave, but thought he should do this one with no added cost. Placement of appliance outlets is something any electrician should know...I looked it up and they are all the same. Also, this guy also asks you to give him a tip a on every invoice. I find this very insulting to low income waiters, hairdressers, and others who are traditionally tipped. I also dad to clean up after him. Now I'm wondering if he did everything else okay or if my house is going to burn down. Just read the response. I paid the tile guy about $8000 for a tub sized shower. There are places where the grout is missing, lots of tiles are NOT flush, a hole was put in the aluminum trim, the front of the shower is about an inch out of square, the light fixture in the shower was not fully installed, and there are some chipped tiles. No..not happy, but I paid him. I belive a customer has the right to expect a good job, and the tile was not. Rhododendren Electric did a good job, but their follow through is bad. And he will do everything possible to avert a negative review, which mine is not...just middle of the road. Just downgraded due to his false and slanderous response. Really, he's an okay electrician, but he seems much more concerned about his yelp review than he does about satisfying his customers. And, his response was reprehensible.

HE CALLED ME THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS STUCK AT ANOTHER JOB AND COULD NOT MAKE IT. He RESHCEDULED AGAIN for the next thursday and asked me to call him that morning. So i did. AND HE CANCELLED AGAIN, AND I ASKED HIM WHEN HE WOULC BE COMING OUT, AND HE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO GET ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN. THAT WAS "HORRIBLE", DON'T CALL HIM, he didn't show up for me (unless maybe you have a whole house to wire). i would NEVER do that to a client of mine, would you?
