Perfect haircuts, a cheery and upbeat person to talk to (or in the case of my friend R, NOT to talk to -- he hates chatting and she picked up on that right away without being cued in). When I've wanted to try a new style, she has guided me expertly into something that suits me perfectly, understanding my hair type, head shape, weird cowlicks... I really trust her! And the prices are super reasonable (esp compared to the quality, I've paid WAY more for haircuts that weren't anywhere nearly as good). The cute little private salon suites at this location are great; I've found that I actually like not being in the hustle of a big shop. Appointments are seamless (and since they recently opened this new spot, easy to get). Free parking and plenty of it so you can breeze in and breeze out. Every time I come in, I feel welcomed, and I leave feeling refreshed and confident. What more can I say?
