Wasn't a good experience. There is zero client/ attorney relationship and they don't update you about anything. I felt uncomfortable for the most part during this whole ordeal because of the constant ignoring received from Pasha, he will drop your case without notifying you and in the end justice wasn't served therefore I cannot recommend this firm. The only thing that this company did for me was get the case settled. That's it. Sounds like a great job right? Wrong. I didn't get the papers to docusign till weeks later after I asked for an update. Apparently somebody "dropped the ball". When I missed a signature due to being in a rush and being currently at work, it took them days to catch that as well. Didn't hear from my actual account manager till months after the deposition (Nelly) and getting a response from her is pulling teeth and I recent realized I'm blocked for wanting updates on the case ‍ Case deposition closed about 2 months ago and I'm just in limbo don't know where my check is going where the process is nothing.. Maybe it's just me that's had a bad experience who knows. But me personally definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

Attorney Azi Manoussi took my worker's compensation case, sat on it, never spoke to me for a full year, never returned a single call nor email, let defense attorney handle the case unilaterally, managed to have my psychiatric injuries claims denied, Azi did nothing, let his hearing representative Raul Mendoza force me to accept a settlement without interviewing me about my injuries, concealed from me the terms of the settlement which were against my interest, and threatened me that if I declined that settlement, the employer will not pay for anything. Thank God I declined and terminated their representation. I got my file, found that Azi Manoussi did nothing at all and the defense attorney did all the work and hurt my case severely. The best part, Azi Manoussi showed up after I have terminated them and volunteered to help me while I am handling my case on my own to rescue myself. I declined her volunteer offer too. The most interesting part, Azi Manoussi places a lien on my case claiming 1000000 dollars for attorney fees while they were forcing me to settle for a 100000 dollars minus their 15 %. Talking about attorney predatory behavior and abuse and oppression of an injured person!!! I have severe injuries from work. Can you imagine Azi Manoussi behavior while she did nothing at all, while she sat and waited to get 15000 dollars for hurting my case, but now wants a 1000000 dollars from me for hurting me. It is unbelievable, I have heard of attorneys predatory behavior to some extent. But I am still trying to manage the shock and the mental anguish from Azi Manoussi harassing predatory behavior while she did nothing at all for me, sat on my case for a year, never spoke to me, never interviewed me, does not even know how I got hurt, but yet engaged in such unthinkable oppression while I am struggling with multiple organ's paralysis. My husband used their service after a hip injury. Our case manager, Carmen, was consistently rude and unprofessional. The last thing we needed on top of all the stress was her attitude problem. She shouldn't have kept repeating how she has been doing her job 16 years because she was terrible to work with and didn't do much of anything. I caught every single mistake made by the work comp company and we had to follow up on everything as they didn't. Not a single update or contact for time sensitive matters. I should have been getting paid for the countless hours I put in handling the case! One attorney assured us his EDD/disability would be paid back since work comp was not paying his salary when they should have. Never happened. Now if he can get surgery he won't have any EDD funds to live on during recovery. They took 8 months to settle for a few thousand and not one treatment was given. Now we can't afford surgery or to survive without any income. During the first 3 hour interrogation our attorney didn't say a word protecting his client. My husband was attacked with countless questions and facts that had nothing to do with his hip, such as a child dying 22 years ago. The attorney asked to end it early because he didn't feel well. He was certainly ill equipped and obviously intimidated by the other attorney. No follow up was ever given telling him he had paperwork to sign before funds could be released. It was a complete waste of time with no recovery and now he has to start all over with his own costly insurance.
