The company Christmas party was hosted here. The pizza was easily the most bland, improperly cooked and made with what tasted like pancake batter I have ever had the displeasure of eating. Terribly overpriced (think airport pricing) and poorly made drinks. The staff was very young and inexperienced while the "manager" on shift that night was obviously exceptionally high (could tell from his smell and severely impaired motor skills). There was a digital timer to keep track of our time. We also did the football bowling for 30 minutes. I was thankful no one else was playing along side us. It wasn't easy for me. My throwing arm needed a break... They offer different packages to purchase for play, but you can purchase separately as well. There is a bar. You can't take drinks past a certain space. Place inside is very awesome. Lots and plenty to do. I went to the bathroom and the first 3 stalls had no toilet paper. There was also no paper towels in the restroom. I bought a beer and the cashier said nothing to me which was awkward. I paid and they set my drink 3 feet away from me on the counter and I thought I was going to sign a receipt so I stood in front of him for like 30 seconds because he didn't say anything to me. He continued to say nothing to me so I asked if he needed anything else from me and he said he didn't. There were so many things to do. We did the VR as well as the AX throwing. Our youngest played video games as well. The obstacle course was fun. The bubble soccer was hilarious! The owner was AWESOME! He made sure we felt safe and things were cleaned accordingly. We will be definitely going back again. There is something for everyone! And there's food. We enjoyed the games. The reservation process was perfect. I was able to plan for a large group and still cancel what I didn't need the day prior to the event. Although there was a bar it felt a little disconnected from the games. The non-bar seating was very cafeteria style. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I think the idea is good. It was more the floor plan that didn't work super well. We needed to incorporate non-players with players and it felt congested. My sister and I were at home bored and wanted to go do something fun. After trying to look for places at the last second I found this place. I called to see if we need a reservation and they said no need for 2 people. When we arrived the girl at the front counter helped out a lot and was very polite. They had lots of fun activities to do which we did a lot. But I think there is a lot of room in the building and they can add so much more activities. The reason why I gave it a 4 star (which it was almost a 3 star is because I think the Male employees were not professional and not knowledgeable about what they are doing. I think they need to work on their customer service skills and/or hire someone with people person skills. They look really young so maybe that's why they're that way. I came here with my sisters during the weekday, and we were the only group there at the time. I thought it was going to be as big as Dave and Busters but it's pretty small in comparison. I think the rope coarse was the main attraction, but other than that it wasn't what I thought it would be. We kept having to track the employees down because I'm guessing they were chilling in the break room. Most of the arcade games were not in service, and the redemption center barely had any prizes, so we just got a bunch of candy for my little brother. I was confused by the football bowling thing, but my sisters had a blast with it. The kitchen looked dead, and didn't have anything set up. My sister had to stand outside the kitchen door to catch their attention. My sister paid $8 for 3 undercook chicken tenders that look straight out of a kids cuisine that she waited 20 minutes for. The kitchen staff was nice enough to give her a refund, and apologized. They also don't have a variety of drinks just beer and wine coolers, so I settled with a hard lemonade that was also like $5-6 Maybe during the weekend it would've been more fun. read more

I brought my son here on Sunday and loved it and can't wait to come back. We purchased a Groupon, which was a reasonable price, but if I had to pay full price, it's a little on the expensive side. We played laser tag, and at that time, we were the only two people playing. We both enjoyed it a lot, and the set up is adorable. We also played bumper cars, which was a ton of fun and then we played arcade games. The arcade is small, but they have some excellent games, and we both enjoyed ourselves. I wouldn't go there on a regular day. The rope course has a height requirement that wasn't stated on the website. I looked everywhere. I know Frankenmuth has an age requirement for their zip line I thought they might be the same. The prices for the "packages" were very misleading. Stating a price for 2 people 2 attractions. Which translates to 2 people 1 attraction each according to their staff. The groupon if purchased can only be used after 24 hours. Not many arcade games available. First off Tailgate Garage has a great staff that were very helpful and nice when I asked questions. My friends and I tried out arcade, football and VR. We booked a party for 10 people this past Sunday and had so much fun! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were all having a good time. We did all the the activities except for the golf simulator. The ropes course was awesome! Actually everything was great. The adults really loved the archery tag and the kids loved the VR. Pizza was included in our package and it was really good. The whole facility is very clean. We had a great afternoon and will be coming back. So I had my son's birthday party here, my brother will have my nephews party here and my best friend had her sons party here. The facility is always clean and there is hardly ever a line for any of the games. It's not over crowded ever. Sure there are kids running around but not a million of them like at other locations. Bathrooms are always clean and that is a huge one for me because I will never go back to a place if the bathrooms are dirty. Our kids loved the bumper cars, laser tag, and ball pit! This place is a great place for kids or even a date night. They have a bunch of activities so you can kill like 2 hrs here. The food isn't that good it's like frozen bar food. Took my gf on a night out to this place, I had high hope for this place, but when we got there just to find out the VR equipment was broken, undersized fowling court. The worst thing is that they charge twice for the photo booth, first when you use it then when you print the photo they charge again. I would not recommend this place if you're 15 n up. read more

first of all the workers have no sense of how to talk. i visited in the morning when they were supposed to start working so if anything they should be energetic. But for the bubble soccer and archery, the two african American girls had no respect. They were rude. The manager had no respect too. we paid for 1 hour 30 minutes for bubble soccer and 30 for archery but after 30 mins they came and said we need to leave because of a reservation. Our kids (ages 5-11) had so much fun in ballocity, laser tag, virtual reality, and spin zone. We took advantage of the 50% off attractions on Wednesdays & Thursdays. But honestly the package prices aren't outrageous, maybe if you're comparing to Jungle Java/Chuck E Cheese. It is very clean and did not smell of sweaty socks, like some other kid places do. Pizza tasted good. But the highlight of our trip (as the adults) was the owner John. He was very friendly and helpful when we entered and were deciding on attractions vs packages (and we weren't quick, as it was our first time). He walked past our table and cleared the empty pizza tin. When we were starting laser tag there was an issue with the vests and even though the employee handled it, he still came in and made sure everyone was taken care of and ready to have fun.
