I highly recommend them. My physical therapist Curtis is very professional and listens to your needs and concerns so that he gives you the best exercises that will benefit your recovery.

I see Lauren at the Wehlre location. I curse her at times because....well....it isnt exactly a day spa. She starts me off with heat and ice, and just when I think I'll be able to sit back with a cool drink and listen to some tunes she snatches it away for me and makes me exercise. Ugh. Kidding aside. It's a clean environment with modern equipment and expert therapists. I highly recommend BRG.

Emily Yeung met me for my original consultation. Very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. . She then showed me the problem and described what was needed to correct it. Over the course of my treatment I met with either Emily or Ali Mascioletti. Ali displayed the same attributes as Emily. They both showed me that they had a genuine concern for my problem and an unwavering goal to solve it. Before too long they had me dancing across the floor like a gazelle. They treated…read moreme with personable attention and made sure I stayed with their recommended exercises and not my variations of the correct exercises. :) Over several months I was instructed to increase the variety of exercises and duration as appropriate. I was encouraged to make notes how to do the stretches and do them on my own. After the first weeks, they suggested to come back only weekly which saved me on the co-pays. I hope I don't ever get re-injured, but if I ever need PT again, I'll be back to Sport Rehab on Transit Rd in Depew. Thanks, Phil. Great job in taking care of me!

A friend referred me to Scott who was able to assess what I needed and a treatment plan for me very quickly. Scott has a team of therapists, Paul and Dave, who are helpful and awesome. They were very clear and honest about the path to get better and were patient and attentive during the recovery process. They listened and believed what I said when I described my discomfort and pain. They carefully watched me do my therapy to ensure they had the correct exercises I needed for each step of the way. I appreciated that they made me a folder with diagrams and notes about what I needed to do each day in between appointments. This really helped me to stay on track. I appreciated that they took their time to ensure I was at my best before releasing me from my program. I would recommend these guys for anyone who needs PT. Great location, availability of appointment times and the faculty is very clean. Staff and other patients are wearing masks at all times and the surfaces are constantly being cleaned.

I had multiple students take care of me and I thought my physical therapy suffered. However, they continue to bill my insurance the full rate for physical therapy. Also their billing department is bad they sent us a letter that they misplaced records for billing and they billed me for copays for visits with an inexperienced PT student from over a year ago. I refuse to pay as I no longer have my records. I cannot recommend.

Dr. Adam McCrea has done wonders for my mobility in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I came to…read moresee him with what I thought were 'trigger points' I suffered with for years. The pain and tightness would never go away. He diagnosed me with having adhesions that needed to be released, which he is currently doing. I can now move my head from side to side with very little pain and tightness. I can now raise my arms to the side of my head with my arms touching my ears (when originally tested, my arms would be about 3 inches away from my ears). I came to see Dr. McCrea feeling like I had a heavy weight putting pressure on my neck, shoulders and upper back. Within a couple weeks, I was finally feeling free from the aches and pains. I had the pleasure of working with Melody who was a constant sunshine every morning I attended. Her professional expertise was able to accurately diagnose that my problem was not my speech ,but my vocal cords . She reviewed a video with me of what my condition entailed. She assisted with my selection of an ENT physician and helped set up the appointment. After my consultation I was scheduled for a Botox injection into my vocal cords .
