We rented the truck and was told that there was at least 5 different things that I had to deal with because the truck was SO ragedy. But we pressed on because we were in a time crunch. The truck was not full on gas so we had to go to the gas station twice because the needle didnt read accurately most times (one of the five issues). After turning it in we were told that it still wasnt enough gas and that we had to come back and put in more gas as well as sweep and MOP out the inside of thr cab and the back of the truck, REALLY??? I wonder if he is an ass with anyone else other than us? Dont go here, no matter how convenient. Then he tried to charge double what I was told the charges would be...RIDICULOUS!!!

When I brought it back, he tried to charge me an extra $50 to add maybe a half a gallon of gas to the tank, even though it was actually more in it than it had when I left. Also, I made sure to sweep out the back of the truck but he said it was filthy with muddy footprints and made me mop it out, which the mop just added gritty mess to the truck. I noticed he had scratched out the sign that U-Haul had put in it the said the truck must be swept clean. I have several pictures as proof of everything. I don't know what this guy's problem is. I don't know if he is a bully, is paranoid, or has delusions of power, or just what his problem is, but he is giving U-Haul a very bad image. It has left a very bad image in my mind. I don't know if I will ever use U-Haul again. I called U-Haul and put in a formal complaint. I requested and hope they will take a very close look at what is going on there. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this guy and I would definitely complain to U-Haul as necessary, and to put your experiences here on Yelp and on other websites to prevent other people from going through such an ordeal when just needing to use a U-Haul truck. I can't speak for the Nursery side of this business, but if he treats everybody like he did me, it is beyond comprehension as to why he is still in business. 11/7/15 - I was contacted by a U-Haul rep and explained the experience a little more. He offered a refund for some of the money I paid, which was fine. I asked him to check into this guy a little closer because if he will treat me like he did, you know he is treating countless other people the same way and many are probably just not saying anything about it. This dealer is and has been getting away with questionable business practices and I would go so far as to say U-Haul needs to remove him as a dealer. Again, I strongly recommend not doing business with this guy if you don't want to be put through an unnecessary ordeal, but if you do, please share your experiences.

The prayer plant was on the log sheet to be delivered to Forest Hill Funeral Home South. No signature. I contacted the funeral home and their response was if it was labeled properly then the family received it. No other families returned it to the funeral home. So I have paid for a plant that the family did not receive. There was only one prayer plant delivered to the family and it was not mine and did not come from this florist.

The mix was ~70% adequate compost, ~15% clay clogs, and ~15% trash, rocks, and chunks of concrete (some as big as my fist). I have spent hours sifting through the soil and hundreds more dollars amending it. I am still pulling out large chunks of rock and concrete, but I think the plants might actually grow this year. I had inspected the mix on site before ordering and what they sent me was a far cry from what I had seen or what was advertised on their website. Maybe they sent me the special South Memphis mix. You might get better product if you live in a whiter Memphis neighborhood, but I wouldn't risk it.
