I just went last week to get some fall garden starts and I could not find one six-pack that actually had 6 plants in it! So, I'm charged by the 6 pack for 4-5 plants. And, trust me, I searched through them! This was not just with one variety. It was the same for everything I was looking for. I understand that not all seeds grow but this is a widespread issue. The staff has never been exceptionally helpful either. They will tell you the number of a greenhouse to go to or point in the direction of where to find a certain tree. We left having never found the tree we wanted after asking 2 employees.

I called ahead and was specifically told that the item I wanted was in stock and available for pickup. I drove 1.5 hour to pick it up but was told there has been a mistake and the item was out of stock. The customer service offered nothing. Just perfect for the dogs to drink out of. In the intervening weeks, I searched the net for that model and pricing for it. Lo and behold, this place in Memphis had one of the most reasonable prices I saw. The places that were cheaper made up for it with $175 shipping charge. (P.S. this thing is heavy.) Anyway, we drove over, bought it, they put it in the car for us. We got it home dragged it out, installed it and filled 'er up. The dogs are still trying to figure out what it's for. Great friendly service, too.
