My main issue was that the price of each item was not clearly shown on the label of each product. In addition, a description and price of each individual product purchased was not listed on the sales receipt. It was also not easy to determine who was employed there and available to answer questions. The young lady who worked as the cashier was not cordial or engaging and didn't appear to be thrilled to be at work. She spent most of her time looking at her cell phone. I am considered "old school" and grew up at a time when cell phones were not available for use. I am also employed by a company that prioritizes engaging the customer. The use of cell phones is not permitted while working.

Read a few good reviews on sod purchases from here. Went on Saturday morning after opening time…read more Needed zoysia sod. My first question was "do you sell sod by the piece?" Answer was "no". Not, "how many pieces are you needing?" My next question was "well, how much is a pallet?" Answer was "$350ish". But not "can I get you a pallet ordered?" I then asked "how much for a half pallet?" And answer was "$200+?" But no follow up "can I get you a half pallet of sod?" My next question was "will a half pallet of sod fit in my truck?" And the answer was "we don't have it, that's a special order." Not "sure, can I get you half pallet, when do you want it?" He was busy surfing the internet. I gave up. Went to Lowe's on Perkins and got decent sod at a reasonable price. Just saying these folks are not interested in selling sod. Boo!
