This firm is a joke and Mr.Dimmock is targeting the "black community" with advertising "quantity" of the take home of your check and not "quality" of the overall experience you will receive from his firm. I've by far experienced the worst experience from this firm. My case manager mishandled my case. Because I caught her in a lie and just blatantly not doing her job she stopped all communication. My accident happened on May 12th, Treatment was done July 10th, notified her on July 11th, she requested bills on July 22nd (so she claims) In September Im still waiting, spoke to her September 3rd she advised she was waiting on a follow up and should get it by September 5th and assured me she had not received the last and remaining bills/records from the chiropractor but once she does she will call me to update me on Friday (9/5) of the status. September 5th gets here and I didn't hear anything from her. On September 9th, I decided to reach out to the chiropractor myself and it was confirmed by two different people that my bills and records were sent and uploaded into the system as of August 5th 2025 which I will attach for proof . When I brought this to the attention of my case manager she blocked me and stopped all communication. Customer service started screening my calls, I left several voicemails and emails, even sending Mr.Dimmock an email as well and never got a response not even him notifying the Chief of Operations to follow up. I decided to send an email to the Chief of Operations, Naisha who didn't respond to my first email and never took the time to even give me a courtesy to at least call even after I had to call customer service from a different phone number to speak with her. When I was asked my name there was an awkward silence and you could tell she (Latoya) knew exactly who I was. I was sent a disengage letter due to speaking up for myself when the law firm I chose wouldn't. I've been stalled, lied to by my case manager Jasmine T., you cannot reach anyone at that office even customer service screens your calls. I inner stand the reason Mr.Dimmock named this company 25% Lawyer, because that's exactly the amount of work this firm will put into your case. I retained My 25% Lawyer to represent me in my personal injury case arising from an accident on September 24, 2024. According to my records, the settlement check was issued to the firm on September 10, 2025. I was later contacted regarding the settlement disbursement on February 3, 2026. A settlement was reached, and I received multiple disbursement statements throughout the process. I spent several months attempting to obtain clarification regarding lien amounts, reductions, and settlement proceeds. During that time, I contacted my health insurance company directly and obtained confirmation regarding the final lien amount. Before signing the final settlement documents, I raised concerns regarding information contained in the paperwork and requested clarification. My intention was to ensure the documents were accurate before signing. I later received a withdrawal letter from the firm and an attorney's lien. On June 16, 2026, after receiving the withdrawal correspondence, I signed and returned the settlement documents the same day in an effort to resolve the matter and move the settlement forward. What I found particularly concerning is that, according to my records, the settlement funds had already been issued to the firm, yet the firm subsequently withdrew from representing me. As of the date of this review, I am still seeking clarification regarding the status and disbursement of my settlement proceeds. My experience was frustrating due to communication issues and delays in receiving responses to questions regarding my settlement and disbursement. Because of my concerns regarding the handling of my matter, I am considering submitting a complaint to the State Bar of Georgia for review. I will also be documenting my experience and the supporting records on my YouTube channel so that others can understand the facts of my case and make their own decision about whether to use this firm. If I could give this law firm zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience as a client has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. From the beginning, I was given incorrect information about what the firm would handle on my behalf. I was told not to contact the other party's insurance company and assured they would manage it all. However, I later learned they were unwilling to communicate with the insurance company, leaving me in the dark about the status of my claim. The lack of communication was shocking. Voicemails went unanswered, emails were ignored for weeks, and I was never kept informed about the progress of my case. Their unwillingness to return calls or provide timely updates made an already stressful situation even worse. When I finally expressed my dissatisfaction, I received rude and dismissive emails from "Naisha S" or Naisha Smith, one of their team members, which only added insult to injury. To make matters worse, instead of addressing my concerns directly, they contacted the orthopedic doctors they referred me to and falsely claimed they had never taken on my case. This was a blatant lie, as I have documentation proving otherwise. They didn't even have the professionalism or decency to inform me that they were no longer handling my case. This firm treats clients like numbers, not people. They fail to recognize that accidents are already traumatic and frustrating experiences. Instead of offering support and guidance, they provide poor communication, rude responses, and dismissive behavior. They do not care about the client experience or the trust placed in them. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. If you value transparency, professionalism, and communication, look elsewhere. Zero-star experience. Warning: stay away from My25Lawyer. My experience with My25Lawyer has been absolutely horrible. I have had three cases with them, and the lack of communication has been unacceptable from the beginning. I have repeatedly warned them that I was prepared to send handwritten complaints to the State Bar because of how poorly they communicate and how little follow-up they provide. Even after that, nothing changed. Their extensions do not work. Getting a real update feels almost impossible. Their customer service has been useless, and in my opinion, the entire experience has been unprofessional, careless, and frustrating. There is no real client care, no urgency, and no accountability. If you get Jakira or Nicole assigned to your case, be prepared to wait. Based on my experience, communication is nearly nonexistent, follow-ups do not happen unless you constantly chase them, and you are left feeling ignored while they hold your case. Once they get your business, it feels like they throw you into a database and forget you exist. You will chase them for answers, wait around for updates, and still be left wondering what is happening with your own case. Based on my experience, expect it to take 16 to 24 months for them to settle each case, even after you finish your doctor appointments. If you are looking for a firm that communicates, follows up, treats clients with respect, or moves quickly, I strongly suggest going somewhere else -- honestly, go to Morgan & Morgan instead. After over a year of dragging out my case, they presented me with a lowball settlement offer and aggressively pressured me to accept without clear updates or transparency about negotiations. I received multiple Vinesign documents demanding approval, but no explanation of how they arrived at the amount or what efforts were made to fight for more. When I pushed back, instead of offering a plan or fighting harder, they basically told me to take the offer or go find another firm. It was clear they didn't want to put in any more effort and were just trying to wash their hands of my case. Worse, the settlement breakdown included a $4,576 charge from Piedmont Snellville, a hospital I don't owe a dime to. I had to catch and dispute this myself before they quietly removed it. It felt like a sneaky attempt to skim money from my payout. They also sent part of my settlement to The Rawlings Company, a lien firm I never approved or was even informed about. Communication was nonexistent. My attorney, Eunise, barely spoke to me, and the negotiator was dismissive and lazy. I felt like just another file to rush through so they could collect their cut. This firm doesn't fight for clients, they fight for their paycheck. Between the shady charges, lack of advocacy, and utter disregard for transparency, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
