The marketing team consistently treated me extremely rude by disengaging from the product, they left me out of any information on the event that we were planning together, basically found a way to cut me completely out of the event and product placement. Their marketing director, Brianna she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with, gaslighting me the entire time and being over bearing, PETTY AND narcissistic on everything their retail manger Chris tried to do to support the sale and product placement. Hands down one of the worst marketing departments I've ever dealt with in 25 years that I've been in business in marketing. Her personal ego is more important than servicing the vendors and actually marketing the products they sell. I should have known something was up by the high turnover rate of employees because that is a big sign that a company does not have high morale. As a small business, they did not pay for the product after three weeks of waiting for the invoice to be paid and I think that's probably the most discouraging part of the process. I don't feel like they respected my business enough to pay for the product in a timely manner, and I also believe that this was partly due to Brianna's treatment of my brand in particular. Ultimately, they went in my mind on the surface from being one of the best to one of the worst dispensaries I've ever had to encounter in the time I've been in business with them. She (Brianna) even went so far today to write me an email telling me she took my product off the shelf. That's she will be holding onto it until they decide to pay for it and place it and in that moment I knew I needed to go get it and there was no way in hell I would ever allow my brand to be associated with that type of behavior.

Now with that being said I had the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary at my visit yesterday. It started with me having issues placing an online order. I called to explain I was having issues getting something in my cart. The associate said, "Yes we've been experiencing issues with the website but if you can come up here it will be no problem." I then gave my name and began my 15minute drive. When I got there about 20-25 minutes after I spoke to the associate, I was later informed that the ounce I wanted to purchase was sold out. The associate laughed and said stuff goes quick, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Kevin came out and I explained the situation to him. After talking to someone at the front desk, he said that his associate said she spoke to me an hour ago and I couldn't expect them to hold anything. I showed him my phone and call log, and he said "okay like 25 minutes, but still." He offered a 5dollar credit, to which I asked, "five dollars" and he laughed and said "yes were you expecting something more?" The rest of the employees I spoke with that day were pleasant as usual but the manor in which the incident was handled has left a bad impression. moving forward I will place orders online, period.
