I got my lashes done twice here. The first and second time I had a good experience. The lash artist was very nice. She read my chart on my lash progress and goals and she explained the status/condition of my lashes and what she expected the results to be. Before we started, she made sure I felt comfortable since I was going to be there for 90 minutes. When she finished she explained her results so I could understand her end result. (I was growing out my lashes from a prior bad lash job at another place so I had some spots missing) I had scheduled my lash appointment for another day. I ended up not being able to make my appointment and I called (at the time of my appointment) and the receptionist was very rude. She explained the policy to me, that I need to call at least 3 hours in advance or else they charge half the price of the service I was scheduled to have, she said she would waive that fee this one time and she hung up on me. I understand I violated the rules of canceling an appointment, however, I thought it was rude that she just hung up. My intention was to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another day and time but she didn't give me the opportunity to do that. read more

Because of my schedule I have had the pleasure of working with 4 of their artists and ALL are great! Angie is my girl tho! Brianna Dammann, who works at the Rancho location called me "cheap" and "not nice". Swollen eye lids Sadly my eyelash extensions have came to a end for good. I have had eye lash extensions for a while but after removing them I decided to get a full volume set before the birth of my daughter. A day after I got the extensions my eyes became irritated not to mention i also went into labor the next day so i was in the hospital with swollen lids and couldn't do anything. I decided to wait and see if it got better because I just paid $185 for them and didn't want to take them off (stubborn me and now i have a new born and just had labor)I went in for a fill after (thinking i was in the clear ) and it just got worse. I had no choice but to remove them. I was told that My Addiction Skin Care just changed the brand of their lashes and glue, not sure if this was the reason for the irritation bc i didn't have this before. But Please understand that no matter where you go to get them done you always take this risk which is why I'm posting this. And no one could've known that i was going to react this way to the lashes. Sadly after paying $185 for a volume set $85 for a fill (she wasn't able to apply all the extensions during my first appointment so i had to pay for a 1 1/2 hr session to get all my lashes done (i didn't agree with this) ) and $25 to remove the lashes, I realized eye lash extensions just wasn't worth the money, pain or hassle for me. Staff was really nice but really couldn't give me any advice on what to do besides take a Benadryl, i guess what can i do right? Get a patch test done would be my advice. Good Luck Ladies! read more

I love both places, but have been strictly attached to Nicole in rancho & considering she is a lot closer to me with a small infant. Let me tell you She is the BOMB & I only go to her! All of the women who work there are beyond polite, especially when a man walks in with that deer in the headlights lost look. Nicole should be a therapist the way she remembers details and makes everyone feel so welcome. My lashes always come out looking full yet still on the natural side. I see her every 2-3 weeks to keep them in good shape. I have been coming to My Addiction Skin Care for 3 years and I have to say I will NOT go ANYWHERE ELSE! I am a group fit & personal trainer and these lashes keep me looking fresh through my sweaty sessions every day!!!! Savannah the owner, only uses the best lash glue and lashes in the industry. I have extremely sensitive eyes and the glue has never irritated them. In fact, they helped me rehab my lashes from a different lash studio that damaged my own eyelashes. I have had many different lash artists and travelled to different My Addiction locations to see my particular favorites. However the good news is at each salon there are expert lash artists!!! I really appreciate that the salon is streamlined different price points for different expertise levels of each lash artist. Thus, you always know what you are going to get. So, for me I expect a minimum of Master and Elite for my lashes and am happy to pay for that service. I have my favorite gals at the Rancho location ( you know who you are)!!
