The driver was polite and helpful with out bags. The car definitely needed work and was in dire need of an alignment.

Scheduled round trip car service to and from airport on a recent trip. Traveling with 8month old…read moreand needed a car seat. Trip to the airport was no problem. Driver picked us up early at our home and was courteous on the road. Spoke with same driver the day before we required return pick up from airport to home and was told do not worry about a delayed flight, that they would be tracking the flights arrival. I was told only to let them know if I changed flights/flight number for some reason. This conversation took place the day before we (myself and 8mo old son) were set to get picked up from the airport. As we landed (one hour late due to flight delay) I received 2 voicemails from driver saying he was at the airport waiting for us. Once was at our original pick up time and the other was 20 min later. I immediately called 3x and my call was not picked up. Texted, no response. Had husband call from his number, no response. I was stranded at airport with 8month old and no safe ride home (car seats are not easy to get in rented vehicles!) for over an hour trying to secure a new ride home.

Many of the drivers are inept as far as providing fares outside of the immediate vicinity of this town. Maybe it's a problem the management has in providing said drivers with GPS-units....however, I don't think "Turtle Back Zoo" should require a navigation device. Especially for drivers.....you would think that this would be a pretty distinct landmark, yes? Apparently not. I live in a recognizable edifice, perhaps not distinguishable from its neighbors, but in an easily navigable neighborhood. Say, "Giotto" or "Jakes" or "The Office" or "Cop-Shop"....you get my drift, it's pretty easy to find. The amount of times I have had to go outside of my apartment and walk around my block in order to find the driver is a little ridiculous. But because they are so damn cheap, I keep going back for more, fully aware that the "ten minutes" the dispatcher tells me is usually closer to 20. In the words of Whitney....crack is whack.

Never kept hanging on... always a prompt detailed response. Al was sitting in front of the house 10 minutes before the actual pick up time in a very nice Infiniti SUV... very comfortable ride coming and going. He greeted us, took our bags and got us on the road right away. Al was very cordial and engaged in conversation all the way out. On the way home, I texted Al that we had picked up our bags and were going through customs. He replied that he was there already, waiting for us. We were headed home in less than 5 minutes. Al was cordial and engaging on the way home too, a really nice guy. The price was the best I could find and easily comparable to prices I got from Uber and Lyft.
