The only thing that dampened the experience a bit was the receptionist who answered the phone. She sounded like an older woman and came across as pretty rude. When I called back a second time because we had lost track of Lorenzo while following him, I asked where he was, and she responded with an attitude along the lines of, "What do you mean he's with you? He's supposed to be towing you guys," instead of trying to help calmly. I ended up just asking for his number.
