I don't know how to rate this, so I went with the middle of the road. I've been there 4 times over the past week (during published open hours), and it's been closed each time. Phone is not in service with no further information. I'd love to make an appointment if need be, but am unable to do so. Cannot get a hold of them via email or phone. Live an hour north so I would rather know they're open and still up + running before I go. When open it's a wonderful shoppe. I keep on calling the bikini shop to see if they're open. I want to go in there and buy a bathing suit and some bras but they never answer the phone. Are they even open anymore? I'm so confused. Can someone reach out to me and let me know, cause I don't wanna drive all the way out to Antioch to find out that they're out of business. Since this location is half an hour from me, I was calling to confirm their hours and no one answered the phone. I called a few times and no answered. When I finally arrived, the woman in the store seemed really busy and I let her know that I tried calling but she just explained that they are really busy. The woman proceeded to help me find a cute bikini in my size that supports my large breasts but they did not carry a bra in the size I was looking for or needed. The woman who helped me said that she would call me when they got some more bras shipped there but she never called me nor did she leave me a voice message. I personally think phone calls should be answered and customers should be attended to above anything that needs to get done in the store. The customer should be first! I found a new place closer to me so I think this is the last time visiting here. This location does have nice decor and varying sizes of bras and bathing suits but the customer service was poor in my opinion, which is unfortunate. read more

This place used to be very good, but recently it is a joke. You never know when it will be open, they don't seem to have any kind of set hours. If you call no one ever answers the phone and when the call goes to voicemail it tells you the box is full - - and has for weeks so they are not even checking voicemail. I ordered a bra from them over a year ago and never heard anything about it. I remembered and went in there and she tells me it is still on order! I said well cancel it if it takes 2 years to get it. They also had zero bras in my size, nor the size above or below mine. If you are driving by, stop, but don't make a special trip and good luck if you try to call. read more

This place is awesome!!!! For the first time in ten years or more I left with a bathing suit I felt amazing in and couldn't wait to put back on! I also got a few new bras. And I was in and out pretty fast. I forgot to get the name of my sales lady but she was sooo good she knew her boobs that's for sure! I normally shop at Neiman Marcus Nordstroms .. Or Saks... And I was a little judge mental before I went into the bikini shoppe Bc it happens to be In a small country town... Well boy was I wrong. Shame on me ... The customer service was spot on and they had a killer selection. The sales lady gave me the confidence to try and new bathing suit style and it worked! Me and my family desperately needed a bathing suit for our up coming trip. We went to this shop last on December 6 and the signs and websites said they were open until 8. they closed at four with out posting it anywhere. we went back on December 7 the next day. The shop was supposed to open at 9 am, we got at the shops around 10:20 still no opening. i would not recommend trying to shop here unless you are sure it is open. read more

Most horrible shopping experience! Staff wouldn't let me look for my own swimsuits, insisted I had to go in changing room and wait for her to bring items to me, most of the selections made for me were horrible, finally she told me I tried on everything in the store in my size, I ended up buying a mixed match 2 piece..was overcharged (didnt realize until I got home) Put suit on at home with better mirrors (no 3 way mirror at store which is ridiculous when trying on $200 swim suits), HATED how the swimsuit looked on me. Went to return it with all tags still on but no receipt. WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME EXCHANGE IT. My info and purchase was in their system but still could not exchange. Ended up looking for something else since I still had $ left on gift certificate. While looking the same sales person hovered and said I couldn't shop on my own cuz they don't want a bunch of things in dressing room at once. There were a bunch of suits that she never brought to me the 1st time I was there that were my size...she ended up scurrying me into dressing room again, had no bottoms for the few things I picked out myself, every time I asked for something she said they didn't have it but they did. Ended up with only a top because the bottoms she was picking out sucked and when I got dressed found a bunch of different bottoms..I was so frustrated I ending buying bikini top..IT WAS $85. Asked if I could call and talk to owner regarding returning swimsuit, she said she didn't know when the owner would be around...."she doesn't have a set time or day she's there" What kind of Owner doesn't make herself available to customers spending ALOT of $$. Now I have a CLEARENCED $90 swimsuit I hate and an $85 swim top with no bottoms...HORRIBLE. the only reason I gave it 1 star was because the review made me...I would give store negative stars read more

The sales people are amazing! We were fitted quickly and accurately, Its amazing to be able to find cute bras that actually fit! They carry cup sizes DD+ and band sizes as low as 28". Their bras ranged from $40-100, but I was able to get two bras on sale for about $40 each, will definitely return! read more

Absolutely LOVE this shoppe!! Sarah is absolutely amazing. She spent so much time helping me find a few suits for our upcoming vacation. I haven't bought suits in YEARS and I'm going to feel so good on a beach thanks to all of her help finding suits that fit me perfectly! I came in this week to find a bikini and was so thrilled to have Christina work with me. We were the only ones there and she worked with me for 1 1/2 hours trying to find me the perfect suit.
