So I went and found many vendors inside the building and few stationed outside the building. Lots of interesting stuff, The majority of the vendors had very fair prices but a few were ridiculous. Some of these sellers have been watching too many episodes of "American Pickers" and they think old rusty tools and old oil cans are made of gold. Besides that, the fairgrounds were clean and free of debris, so wheelchairs could be maneuvered without too much difficulty plus plenty of parking. All in all, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

I like to buy a coffee and wander the aisles. Great place to find gifts: candles, delicious food stuffs, beautiful jewelry & a wonderful women's new clothing boutique. If you can't find what you're looking for, they have a book @ front desk where you can request items, they'll take your name and number, & let their dealers know customers are looking for certain things. They also do events at both stores throughout the year. Great music to shop to! We'll be back!

My texts were ignored when asking status of my sales. I moved out of state and thought I was leaving items with an honest person that would pay me for sold goods. I am in town for Thanksgiving and called Nina for status and payment, said she would call back was busy with a customer. Never called back. Stopped there yesterday and requested payment. Was told she would Zelle by the close of the day. I have contacted the Grayslake Police dept and they recently have other complaints of nonpayment and rude behavior. It is suspected that this business is failing.

I entered into an agreement with this business to sell a luxury bag on consignment, providing the…read morereceipt, box, and dust bag. The bag was in excellent condition. Initially, the price offered was very low, despite the business taking 50% of the sale. After some discussion, I agreed, trusting her because I was a frequent shopper at her shop. When signing, I asked if we should write down the details, but she said, "We talked about it, it's fine." We signed a 90-day contract--if it didn't sell, she'd contact me to decide next steps. After 90 days, I visited her shop. She seemed surprised and became aggravated when I started asking questions about the item because the things she was saying weren't adding up. I reminded her of the agreed terms, but she denied we had agreed. When she asked if I had proof, I realized I did not, which showed her true colors. She completely took advantage of me because she knew it was my first time reselling an item not knowing much about it. Seeing this, I chose to stop arguing. She had taken advantage of my trust. I decided to handle things properly and requested my payment. However, she kept delaying payment until I filed a complaint with the BBB and considered legal action. Only then did she finally pay. I do not recommend this business based on my experience. If I would've known it was going to be such a hassle because she was being difficult, I would've never even sold it at all. After all to me it wasn't even about the money it was more about the dissatisfaction and disappointment I had with her breaking the trust of a client who's gone for years. I can't imagine what else she's done to other clients of hers who have no idea of what's really going on...
