I spoke to Eric a couple days ago where he tried to convince partial payment was warranted for the "effort" made and not the job itself since it wasn't done to either one of our satifaction as he and I both stated. When I said no to that offer, we had come to the agreement that the last invoice would be credited and this next one would be paid as normal and scheduled for the 14th of this month. I asked before the end of the conversation if I'll receive communication on what time on Tuedsay to expect them and he said I'd recieve a call. Today, with one day's notice, Eric calls back extorting the upgrades, that have been previously marketed as suggestions, that I haven't gotten including doors on the horizontals to be able to clean them better. These were no longer a suggestion but now manditory if tomorrows service was to be completed. These are hundreds of dollars for the doors I haven't budgeted for and along with short notice really puts me in a bind. So because of the nature of the request and time frame, I declined it and felt it was an ultimatum but also feel it's very obvious why these are being pushed now as such. First, Eric cited the ability to clean effectively, and when I opposed that opinion as it wasn't an issue before with the problem areas of last time, he changed his stance on a liability issue. As the president of your company, I would offer the prospective of the customer in a less than perfect situation and how your employees or partners are handling them. It's unfortunate that one mistake was put off for so long and when the time to shine was presented, it wasn't taken advantage of. _________________________________________________________________________ I would use at your own risk. Defensive posturing isn't a good way of problem resolving.

Several texts and calls were unreturned. While, eventually, he did offer a free clean, the damages exceeded that amount. He then informed me, via text, that they would no longer clean my house. Carlos has ignored all my attempts to recover the remaining balance for repairs. His daughter, Emily, who also works with him, stood in my home, looked at the damages, told me I would get a call back and I was still ignored. The severe lack of professionalism is outrageous!
