We searched Yelp for local business's to help us out and when we called Aubrey and Jesse we knew right away we wanted to have them do the work. They were incredibly flexible and even though they were swamped they offered to squeeze us in at a time that was convenient to us. They even offered to work on Easter!! We agreed and, a day later, I got a call from Aubrey letting us know Sunday looked to have a lot of rain and offered to make time for us on Saturday so they could get the best results for us - amazing!! They quoted us an awesomely competitive rate and were super thorough and meticulous in ensuring our windows were amazing. They are also totally pet friendly and didn't mind having our border collie running around and staring at them from the other side of the window. To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He asked for payment before I got home and said he needed to come back to add a piece to secure the gutter. He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. So now the gutter is starting to bend and the curve he added is leaking. so overall, just a lousy job. Would never use him again.
