His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint. At 10am I called and spoke to Landon, at first he wasn't sure if we were even scheduled then finally realized we were indeed. Said he didn't understand why his employee hadn't arrived so he promised to find out and call me right back. I waited an hour without a call, so I called him back, no answer. I called several times with no answer, only voice mail. Left message and also text Landon again with no response. He removed the calcium deposits off of my windows at the back of the house (they had marks all over them because of the hard water of the sprinklers). He is professional and easy to work with.
