So the lipo cavitation is the best option between that and laser lipo. With the lasers they just sit them on you and turn them on. With the lipo cavitation the lady literally sculpts you with the laser, she's basically massaging you. I chose my stomach area and she "massaged" the laser all over my stomach, and my sides, she was literally "sculpting" my sides. The laser lipo sucks. I tried it today. But I'll definitely go back for the lipo cavitation. read more

Bought groupon to do facial on weekend. Made an appointment and informed them that I will be buying group on through phone call. They never mentioned that group on cannot be used during weekends. I made an appointment for the weekend. Received a call 2-3 days prior and they informed that I won't be able to use group on. The manager informed the staff about this. I had to call group on on getting my refund. It was exhausting to call group on for my refund and find another appointment in different store. The communication was not good. read more

Absolutely horrible . I went for a Brazilian wax and I will never go again ! Talk about the blind leading the blind . My tech Jayda was nice .. she did the Best But needs more practice . She was friendly and very sweet but the other girl i don't know if she is a tech or the owner but she is clueless . Obviously this place needs more practice or just stop waxing before they get in trouble . I will never again purchase anything from Groupon from them . What a joke ! I rather get hit by a bus ! read more

This went from a place I looked forward to going to and turned into a complete disappointment. Their prices have almost doubled on my preferred service since the March shutdown. I was shocked to see the jump in prices when I went to confirm my upcoming appointment. I left a couple messages wanting to get some clarity and no one returned my call. When I called the third time I finally got some one to ask and no explanation was given and it wasn't acknowledged at all that increased my costs without even mentioning it. I cancelled my appointment and they have lost a weekly and loyal client. Price gouging at any establishment is unacceptable and unsavory. read more

Oh, you mean you actually just didn't feel like doing my appointment because it was the end if your shift?!? I get called into my appointment and bared my derrière, and in this same guy walks (no knocking, no excuse me, no would you cover my bare booty) into my appointment room to get his iPhone and charger. The guy doing my appointment looks (rightfully) embarrassed for me and apologizes for his coworker. The guy walks in (AGAIN!) to ask a question. Seriously?! You may be in the habit of looking at women's body parts all day but that does not mean I am in the habit of sharing. The guy doing my appointment again apologizes and I explain how livid I am that that guy told me I couldn't have my initial appointment and then sat in the waiting room with me. All after I sat in traffic for over an hour to get there. My guy offers to do my double. Which calms me down. Temporarily. The "manager" lady then knocks and without waiting for a reply opens the door. (Really? Is there a sign on the door that says "come look! Bare booty") and tells my guy he needs to watch his time. He says I'm a double and she goes into this long speech about how they are overbooking 3 rooms when they only have 2 techs on duty. Oh, you mean that first guy who just left couldn't have done my first appointment while I sat in the waiting room with him staring at him reading a magazine for a half hour? I know he's a tech, cause he's done me before. She explained that time in built into each appointment for cleaning the machines and dressing, the treatments are really only 15 minutes long. This puzzles me because for a double they only have to clean the machine once and account for dressing once, in 2 time slots. She's not explaining anything, she's making my point for me. So I need to make this two hour round trip drive because your guy wanted to go home? Way to provide customer service! I still have 4 treatments, but I won't be back. On a side note, it is ridiculously difficult to schedule an appointment. At one point, the number was disconnected, and at another point I was told to call the owners cell phone. Once they finally got an office line in the new location, I was told by my favorite employee to call back another time because the receptionist had already gone home for the day.

My then 92 year old uncle only wanted every other month appointments so I paid $620 for 2024. Unfortunately, my uncle died before using his 2024 appointments. Although Melissa asked me to give her two months for a refund, which I did, and she sent me a photo of the refund precessing a month ago - still no refund and only long, dramatic diatribes instead from her. This was my experience and I would not recommend this company and would not want other customers to fight for refunds and deal with all of this nonsense. I believe she just got back from a month long vacation which makes it worse. I hope this helps others who may be thinking of using her services.

Aims: Temperature screening is important in the population during the outbreak of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). This study aimed to compare the accuracy and precision of wrist and forehead temperature with tympanic temperature under different circumstances. Methods: We performed a prospective observational study in a real-life population. We consecutively collected wrist and forehead temperatures in Celsius (C) using a non-contact infrared thermometer (NCIT). We also measured the tympanic temperature using a tympanic thermometers (IRTT) and defined fever as a tympanic temperature 37.3C. Results: We enrolled a total of 528 participants including 261 indoor and 267 outdoor participants. We divided outdoor participants into four types according to their means of transportation to the hospital as walk, bicycle, electric vehicle, car, and inside the car. Under different circumstance, the mean difference ranged from -1.72 to -0.56C in different groups for the forehead measurements, and -0.96 to -0.61C for the wrist measurements. Both measurements had high fever screening abilities in inpatients The cut-off value of wrist measurement for detecting tympanic temperature 37.3C was 36.2C with a 86.4% sensitivity and a 67.0% specificity, and the best threshold of forehead measurement was also 36.2C with a 93.2% sensitivity and a 60.0% specificity. Conclusions: Wrist measurement is more stable than forehead measurement under different circumstance. Both measurements have great fever screening abilities for indoor patients. The cut-off value of both measurements was 36.2C. read more

First I would like to say that Jazz was great. The post-op massage was amazing! My only issue is that each time I came into the location this week, she was by herself servicing the customers who had an appointment. There was no one at the front to greet potential customers or answer the phone. Honestly, had I not spoke with Jazz already and made an appointment, I would have turned around and went elsewhere that had more than 1 person working.
