When I arrived there today (2-16) the lady who took my $60 failed to tell me prior that my membership and terminated. She then told me that after 3 declines from a card results in that. So I asked why I was made to suffer when this was a company decision and not my fault. I told them that this was taking money on false pretenses. I advised that I would visit my SECU and have them take the money back. My decision now is to leave that charge on to remind me not to use them again. She was putting wax in the middle of my forehead and my eyebrows were not cleaned up at all and they looked completely different from one another. She waxed the end of my eyebrow off and then left the end on the other so they're not even the same length. Then they asked me as a group at the front if I wanted to gratuity and pretty much had no choice but to say yes when it was my first wax and the first one is free and it was horrible service.
