When I arrived there today (2-16) the lady who took my $60 failed to tell me prior that my membership and terminated. She then told me that after 3 declines from a card results in that. So I asked why I was made to suffer when this was a company decision and not my fault. I told them that this was taking money on false pretenses. I advised that I would visit my SECU and have them take the money back. My decision now is to leave that charge on to remind me not to use them again.
