If you are absolutely certain that this office takes your insurance, or if you are planning to pay out of pocket for your treatment, this place is probably fine. However, if you aren't sure if they accept your insurance, be aware that they will not tell you whether or not they do until AFTER your consultation, for which they will charge you a $135 consultation fee "for the doctor's time," regardless. This is true even if you have filled out all of your paperwork two weeks ahead of time and specifically asked the front desk about your insurance. So, if you enjoy being cheated out of money, by all means proceed!

She has treated me and my children really well over the years and I absolutely recommend her as a wonderful and experienced orthodontist. Her staff are also so friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a free ortho consult and went for a regular cleaning and I loved the service so much that I chose them to by my dentists. The front office is staffed with helpful and hilarious Rose. She has been very helpful and informative. When my insurance gave me some troubles, Rose was able to get on the phone with them. The entire staff is really nice and they all remember you. When my parents came to pick me up after my extraction, they chatted with them and my parents loved it. Also, both Dr. Dominguez and Dr. Kermanshi are very nice and helpful. And my teeth ARE and FEEL fine, but according to this dentist, I couldn't trust how I felt. But the thing that makes me confident this guy is full of it is that, when he was describing my teeth grinding, he said, "what about the headaches you told me about?" when I had never disclosed this symptom to him (because I have not had this symptom!) They don't care about the health of your teeth; they just will find problems to fix. During my 6-month cleaning on 10/30/25 I was told two of my teeth (previous work done by Dr. Townes) now needed two crowns. They really pushed to get me back in asap because it was 'urgent', but the earliest I could make was 11/5/25. Day of, my appointment was for 11am but I didn't leave till after 3pm. It was such an awful experience. I kept having to answer the same questions about previous dental work to different dentists and assistants, even though I've been a patient for 6+ years. Once the old fillings were removed, an x-ray was taken. They found a new cracked tooth and said I needed a third crown. How did they miss a cracked tooth during my cleaning a week prior? Then they tried to upsell me on crown lengthening, which Dr. Townes has never done on my previous crowns. On top of that, was told my insurance might not cover the cost of the crowns if they submit the crown lengthening to insurance so I would likely pay out of pocket for either the crowns or the crowning lengthening. If I didn't have two gaping holes in my mouth, I would have walked out at this point. Told them no, only do the two crowns. They still sent someone from billing to show me the estimate even after I said no. After all of this chaos, I STILL had to wait for the crowns to be made and didn't get the crown lengthening procedure. These same day crowns are not convenient as claimed! They have a gritty texture feel like temporary crowns. Would give zero stars if I could.

Anyway, first impression: CLEAN. Pens, sanitized as used. Everyone wore a mask, wiped credit card machine, overall clean. 2nd Impression: No unnecessary patients. I did ask how they are scheduling due to Covid cases rising, front desk explained they're only seeing one patient at a time to make sure no one is feeling uncomfortable and to make sure they have enough sanitizing space in between patients. Dr. Goray, 10/10 recommend. Very thorough, explained it veeeeery well (dumbed it down for me i'm sure lol) to me. He was very nice, took his time with everything. We came up with a plan and thats what mattered to me the most. I hate coming back for something and every-time i come, it's something new (previous experiences). Honestly, overall great office! Despite my latest appointment having been made by case management at my current insurer, and therefore comes with full verification up front, Jeanette will not back down from insisting that I am not covered. When I tried to point out where she made the mistake she got nasty and tried to keep me from talking by talking over me. When I asked if there was someone else that could help me, she cancelled my appointment and hung up on me. It can be hard to establish a relationship with a dentist but I feel that I need to start over elsewhere.
