The final cost actually came in a little bit under the low-end of the quote. It was a townhouse move to a Second floor condo in a neighboring city. The guys showed up a few minutes late (nothing horrible), and they worked like crazy. I mean really fast. They were all super nice! I wasn't quite done packing they said let us take whatever we can because it is easier for us than you. And, boy was that right. My advice to you if your moving when it gets close to the day just throw the rest of your stuff in boxes, because he was right it was easier for them than for us. Highly recommend these guys. Instead they decided, after I requested a replacement, to glue it back together with JB Weld. They said they couldn't find the same model on eBay. Weeks past. I withheld payment. They delivered the glued tv and I paid them wanting to settle the issue. A few weeks later the tv separated from its base falling monitor first on the floor. I called the company and their response was "we will call you back". I called back, they didn't. It's been over 5 months. Good company if you don't encounter any problems.

So when no one showed up on move day, we couldn't get a hold of anyone. The crew finally showed up almost 6 hours late with a truck half the size of the one we were told. Our move was supposed to take one day and took two instead. The second day, they no call/no showed again. When they showed up 3 hours late, there were only two guys instead of four. The crews themselves were great, but the people they work for were unavailable, unhelpful, unreliable, dishonest, and rude.
