Great Cafe right in front of the park in Bellefonte. The service is amazing and the cinnamon buns are the best I've ever had!

We love stopping by the cafe after visiting the playground. The dirty chai is the perfect balance of spiced chai and espresso without being overly sweet. My kids love the smoothies, cookies, and especially the cinnamon rolls. It's such a nice place to take our kids and sit on the patio for a coffee and snack. You can tell the owner works hard on her menu and making sure everyone has the best experience possible. read more

We made a quick stop during our morning walk with our pup. I got a Strawberry Watermelon Refresher ($4.50 for 20oz) while the fiance had the Iced Black Coffee ($4.50 for 20oz). The drink needs a good mix, but decent. They have a nice outdoor patio area that feels like a backyard garden. It's a decent spot, but nothing too special. read more

My Cafe Buzz is such a cute place right in downtown Bellefonte. You walk in, and you see all the cute boutique-style items and how the place is dog-friendly! We got brought in because they had cinnamon rolls, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious, with perfect sweetness, and almost tempted me to get another. However, they also have bagels, bagel sandwiches, and more. I will be coming back to try their sandwiches. We also got their cappuccinos. They were good as well. I liked that they had plenty of options for flavors to add to your drink order. Overall, a great little space to swing by! read more

Don't get me wrong this cinnamon rolls good (more like the icing) not worth $5. But you pay eight dollars for a smoothie that is just glorified flavored ice chips. And I watched a seven minute encounter of the cashier, not accommodating at all for a man who was crippled. Customer service and quality is important. As a Bellefonte local, My Cafe Buzz is a town staple! The atmosphere is so quaint and inviting. The patio is a vibe!! The service is outstanding and coffee is delicious ! The soft pretzel was frozen then microwaved which made some of it inedible. Cheese sauce was literally cheese whiz out of the jar. The açaí bowl was from a mix and too sweet to eat much of it. Coffee was meh...service was poor even for a place that you just order from the counter-absolutely no smile/eye contact-young woman seemed a bit bothered by having to take my order. Quirky, local discovery filled with unusual artsy crafts and specialty food items. I go regularly for great coffee and sweets and friendly, caring service. The outside space is unique- wooden deck over an old canal, with great Wi-Fi and ample tables. Every now and then, the owners run their own excellent thin crust pizza with specialty toppings you won't find in other shops. My favorite is a pizza with a walnut-beet pesto, good parmesan, arugula and pork (or sometimes chicken). Very tasty, very satisfying. read more

First time here and I'm very impressed. The breakfast options are unique and tasty. Any kind of coffee is available including beans to go. Will definitely be back often to support the business. This is the most adorable coffee and gift shop! Located right across from Talleyrand Park, it's a great place to stop in before or after a walk or while walking around town. They have simple coffee and tea as well as fancy lattes, hot chocolate, and even smoothie bowls, lunch, breakfast or ice cream. There is a great selection of gluten free items, including baked goods. They also have a nice selection of gift items, like locally made soaps, handicrafts, knit scarves and hats and decor. It's all adorable. Plenty of seating inside or out. There's also coffee beans, pastries, gifts, honey, etc. I really like this spot. A delightful coffee shop on the mill race at Talleyrand Park, this is a friendly establishment with good coffee drinks and friendly service. Their menu of egg sandwiches and veggie burgers is modest but delicious, and the cafe interior has eclectic little gifts and nicknacks. It's an especially great place to go when the weather is warm, since the outdoor seating is beautiful. An additional note: it's easy to say "friendly" when describing a food service establishment. But the owners here are truly kind: about a year ago, a customer came in who was going into diabetic shock and was acting out. The owners treated the woman with dignity and respect, realizing that she needed medical attention rather than thinking she was just behaving wildly. This is of course hardly an everyday type of event, but as a witness to the staff's care and attention during a medical emergency, I wanted to share this anecdote in addition to praising the everyday operation of this delightful little cafe. read more

The food I have gotten here has been very good, and is probably the reason I will return. I'm a big coffee fan and I'll usually drink any coffee with ice in it. I've gotten a few coffees that had so much flavoring that I couldn't even drink a quarter of it, and ended up tossing a $6 cup of coffee. The last time I went I ordered a $6.00 coffee and paid with a card. The cashier asked me if I wanted to add gratuity. I have never in my life been asked if I wanted to add a tip. How do you say no? So my $6 drink went up to $7. And I ended up tossing it anyway. read more

I went in for an açaí bowl during lunch and it was wonderful! Best smoothie bowl I've ever had and it was right in town! It had a great consistency, fresh fruit, granola, and topped with local honey and chocolate. I had to go back the next day to try a latte, Heather made me THEEE BEST oat milk latte that I've ever had, I also got a brownie peanut butter cupcake to go with my latte. The brownie peanut butter cupcake took me twenty minutes to eat because it was so good I didn't want it to end! Such a cute wonderful coffee shop, love the mermaid decor! Can't wait to try out more items from the menu! read more

I got a simple Carmel latte and had to throw it right away after 2 sips. 3 young ladies working standing around talking while there was a line around the place.
