Jiovani had no problems with us cancelling. We decided to book the return trip from Galveston cruise terminal to George Bush Airport after our cruise. We had booked for 10:30am pick up. Our driver, Omar, called 5 mins before arrival to the terminal and was there 10:30am right on the dot. He helped with luggage (we had 6 passengers + luggage and they send the perfect SUV) and I clarified the pricing and that we had to use our credit cards because we had no more American cash. He had no problem except that he said was having issues with credit card Tile for his phone. When we arrived, it took a couple tries for the payment to go through but in the end he had no problems with us splitting our bill with the other family. We paid him separately (equal payments). Overall, Black Arrow Limo was great. The only suggestion I have would be to put "BLACK ARROW LIMO" somewhere ON the car so that we know we're going with the right person!
